Moulin à huile et à farine – Étourvy

Le moulin, situé au cœur du village, sur la rivière Landion, est alimenté en eau par un étang qui lui sert de bief, étang lui-même alimenté par la rivière et la fontaine Saint Georges. Il a été construit en 1815 et a fonctionné jusqu'en 1957. Le moulin est double : une partie fabriquait des huiles (colza, noix, œillette) avec 2 meules croisées : l'autre partie fabriquait des farines (blé, orge, avoine et seigle) avec 2 meules superposées. Le moulin fait partie du patrimoine riche d'Etourvy désormais mis en valeur par l'association "Patrimoine Saint Georges". Ouvert sur rendez-vous (toute l'année, minimum 10 personnes), il ne permet pas de faire de la farine ou de l'huile. The mill, located in the heart of the village, on the Landion river, is supplied with water by a pond which serves as its millrace, a pond itself supplied by the river and the Saint Georges fountain. It was built in 1815 and operated until 1957. The mill is double: one part produced oils (rapeseed, walnut, poppy) with 2 crossed millstones: the other part produced flours (wheat, barley, oats and rye) with 2 superimposed millstones. The mill is part of the rich heritage of Etourvy now highlighted by the "Patrimoine Saint Georges" association. Die Mühle befindet sich im Herzen des Dorfes am Fluss Landion und wird von einem Teich mit Wasser versorgt, der als Zufluss dient. Der Teich selbst wird vom Fluss und dem Saint-Georges-Brunnen gespeist. Sie wurde 1815 erbaut und war bis 1957 in Betrieb. Die Mühle ist doppelt aufgebaut: Ein Teil produzierte Öle (Raps, Walnüsse, Eis am Stiel) mit zwei gekreuzten Mühlsteinen, der andere Teil stellte Mehle (Weizen, Gerste, Hafer und Roggen) mit zwei gestapelten Rädern her. Die Mühle ist Teil des reichen Erbes von Etourvy, das heute vom Verein „Patrimoine Saint Georges“ hervorgehoben wird. El molino, situado en el corazón del pueblo, a orillas del río Landion, se abastece de agua gracias a un estanque que le sirve de torrente, alimentado a su vez por el río y la fuente de Saint Georges. Fue construido en 1815 y funcionó hasta 1957. El molino consta de dos partes: una parte fabricaba aceite (colza, nuez, ricino) con 2 muelas cruzadas; la otra fabricaba harina (trigo, cebada, avena y centeno) con 2 muelas superpuestas. El molino forma parte del rico patrimonio de Etourvy, ahora promovido por la asociación "Patrimoine Saint Georges". Il mulino, situato nel cuore del villaggio, sul fiume Landion, è rifornito d'acqua da uno stagno che ne funge da sbocco, uno stagno a sua volta alimentato dal fiume e dalla fontana di Saint Georges. Fu costruito nel 1815 e funzionò fino al 1957. Il mulino è doppio: una parte produceva oli (colza, noci, ghiaccioli) con 2 macine incrociate: l'altra parte produceva farine (frumento, orzo, avena e segale) con 2 ruote sovrapposte. Il mulino fa parte del ricco patrimonio di Etourvy oggi valorizzato dall'associazione “Patrimoine Saint Georges”.
