L’histoire de Hattstatt se confond avec celle du Haut-Mundat des Princes-Evêques de Strasbourg. Pendant plusieurs siècles, Hattstatt était le centre d’une importante seigneurie. Le village était fortifié. Comme toute la région, il a souffert des ravages de la Guerre de Tente Ans. Il y subsiste les vestiges d’une porte, de remparts et de fossés. Depuis la seconde moitié du 20ème siècle, Hattstatt confirme son cachet de village du vignoble, notamment par l’effort fait en matière de restauration des maisons pittoresques. Le village de Hattstatt possède un riche patrimoine bâti. Il peut se diviser en deux parties distinctes : le pôle constitué par l’église Sainte-Colombe et le château des Seigneurs de Hattstatt, et le village proprement dit.

The history of Hattstatt is intertwined with that of the High Mundate of the Princes-Bishops of Strasbourg. For several centuries, Hattstatt was the center of an important seigneury. The village was fortified. Like the rest of the region, it suffered the ravages of the Thirty Years' War. The remains of a gateway, ramparts and ditches can still be seen. Since the second half of the 20th century, Hattstatt has confirmed its status as a wine-growing village, notably through the restoration of its picturesque houses. The village of Hattstatt boasts a rich architectural heritage. It can be divided into two distinct parts: the core, comprising the church of Sainte-Colombe and the château of the Lords of Hattstatt, and the village itself.

Die Geschichte von Hattstatt ist eng mit der Geschichte des Oberen Mittelalters der Fürstbischöfe von Straßburg verknüpft. Über mehrere Jahrhunderte hinweg war Hattstatt das Zentrum einer wichtigen Herrschaft. Das Dorf war befestigt. Wie die gesamte Region litt es unter den Zerstörungen des Dreißigjährigen Krieges. Es gibt noch Überreste eines Tores, von Wällen und Gräben. Seit der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts hat Hattstatt seinen Charakter als Weindorf bestätigt, insbesondere durch die Bemühungen, die malerischen Häuser zu restaurieren. Das Dorf Hattstatt besitzt ein reiches bauliches Erbe. Es lässt sich in zwei verschiedene Teile unterteilen: das Zentrum, das aus der Kirche Sainte-Colombe und dem Schloss der Herren von Hattstatt besteht, und das eigentliche Dorf.

De geschiedenis van Hattstatt is verweven met die van het Hoge Mundaat van de prins-bisschoppen van Straatsburg. Hattstatt was eeuwenlang het centrum van een belangrijke heerlijkheid. Het dorp was versterkt. Net als de rest van de regio leed het onder de verwoestingen van de Dertigjarige Oorlog. De overblijfselen van een poort, wallen en grachten zijn nog steeds te zien. Sinds de tweede helft van de 20e eeuw heeft Hattstatt zijn status als wijndorp bevestigd, vooral door de restauratie van de pittoreske huizen. Het dorp Hattstatt heeft een rijk gebouwd erfgoed. Het kan worden onderverdeeld in twee verschillende delen: het centrum gevormd door de kerk van Sainte-Colombe en het kasteel van de Heren van Hattstatt, en het dorp zelf.

La historia de Hattstatt está entrelazada con la del Alto Mundato de los Príncipes Obispos de Estrasburgo. Durante varios siglos, Hattstatt fue el centro de un importante señorío. El pueblo estaba fortificado. Como el resto de la región, sufrió los estragos de la Guerra de los Treinta Años. Todavía se pueden ver los restos de una puerta, murallas y fosos. Desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX, Hattstatt ha confirmado su condición de pueblo vitivinícola, sobre todo gracias a la restauración de sus pintorescas casas. El pueblo de Hattstatt posee un rico patrimonio construido. Puede dividirse en dos partes bien diferenciadas: el centro formado por la iglesia de Sainte-Colombe y el castillo de los señores de Hattstatt, y el pueblo propiamente dicho.

La storia di Hattstatt si intreccia con quella dell'Alto Mundato dei Principi Vescovi di Strasburgo. Per diversi secoli, Hattstatt fu il centro di un'importante signoria. Il villaggio era fortificato. Come il resto della regione, subì le devastazioni della Guerra dei Trent'anni. Sono ancora visibili i resti di una porta, dei bastioni e dei fossati. Dalla seconda metà del XX secolo, Hattstatt ha confermato il suo status di villaggio vinicolo, soprattutto grazie al restauro delle sue pittoresche case. Il villaggio di Hattstatt ha un ricco patrimonio edilizio. Può essere diviso in due parti distinte: il centro formato dalla chiesa di Sainte-Colombe e dal castello dei Signori di Hattstatt, e il villaggio stesso.
