Eglise Saint-Maurice – Mareuil en Périgord

L’église romane Saint-Maurice de Léguillac-de-Cercles fut construite au XIIe siècle et fortifiée au XVe siècle. La nef unique est couverte de deux coupoles sur pendentifs. Sur la seconde s’élève le clocher.

The Romanesque church Saint-Maurice in Léguillac-de-Cercles was built in the 12th century then fortified in the 15th century. The single nave is covered with two cupolas on pendentives. On top of the second one rises the bell tower.

Die romanische Kirche Saint-Maurice in Léguillac-de-Cercles wurde im 12. Jahrhundert erbaut und im 15. Jahrhundert befestigt. Das einschiffige Kirchenschiff wird von zwei Kuppeln auf Zwickeln bedeckt. Auf der zweiten erhebt sich der Glockenturm.
