ÉGLISE SAINT-LIZIER

Dans son cadre de verdure, l’église, au portail de style gothique et au clocher surmonté d’une flèche octogonale, est de construction assez récente avec des remaniements datant du XIXe siècle mais elle aurait succédé à un édifice plus ancien : à l’intérieur, la présence d’une antique cuve baptismale semble confirmer cette hypothèse. Elle est placée sous l’invocation de Saint Lizier, qui s’illustra au VIIIe siècle dans l’Ariège lors des invasions barbares.

In its green setting, the church, with its gothic style portal and bell tower topped by an octagonal spire, is of fairly recent construction with alterations dating from the 19th century but it would have succeeded an older building: inside, the presence of an ancient baptismal font seems to confirm this hypothesis. It is placed under the invocation of Saint Lizier, who became famous in the 8th century in Ariège during the barbarian invasions.

Die im Grünen gelegene Kirche mit ihrem gotischen Portal und dem Glockenturm mit achteckiger Spitze wurde erst vor kurzem erbaut und im 19. Jahrhundert umgebaut, soll aber auf ein älteres Gebäude gefolgt sein: Im Inneren befindet sich ein antikes Taufbecken, das diese Hypothese zu bestätigen scheint. Die Kirche steht unter dem Schutz des Heiligen Lizier, der sich im 8. Jahrhundert in der Ariège während der Barbareninvasionen auszeichnete.

In haar groene omgeving is de kerk, met haar portaal in gotische stijl en klokkentoren met achthoekige torenspits, vrij recent gebouwd, met verbouwingen uit de 19e eeuw, maar zij zou de opvolger zijn geweest van een ouder gebouw: binnenin lijkt de aanwezigheid van een oude doopvont deze hypothese te bevestigen. Het is geplaatst onder de aanroeping van Sint Lizier, die zich in de 8e eeuw in de Ariège onderscheidde tijdens de barbaarse invallen.

En su entorno verde, la iglesia, con su portal de estilo gótico y su campanario coronado por una aguja octogonal, es de construcción bastante reciente, con reformas que datan del siglo XIX, pero habría sido la sucesora de un edificio más antiguo: en su interior, la presencia de una antigua pila bautismal parece confirmar esta hipótesis. Se encuentra bajo la advocación de San Lizier, que se distinguió en el siglo VIII en el Ariège durante las invasiones bárbaras.

Nel suo contesto verde, la chiesa, con il suo portale in stile gotico e il campanile sormontato da una cuspide ottagonale, è di costruzione abbastanza recente con modifiche risalenti al XIX secolo, ma sarebbe stata il successore di un edificio più antico: all'interno, la presenza di un antico fonte battesimale sembra confermare questa ipotesi. È posto sotto l'invocazione di San Lizier, che si distinse nell'VIII secolo nell'Ariège durante le invasioni barbariche.
