EGLISE SAINT-JULIEN DE LA FAGE – La Fage-Saint-Julien

De facture romane, l’église Saint-Julien présente les caractéristiques d’un édifice antérieur au XIIIe s. Son portail d’entrée est situé Est, sur la façade sud et présente une porte en bois sculptée sur des thèmes animaliers et religieux. À ses pieds, se trouve une tombe sculptée d’un calice surmonté d’une couronne. Le clocher-peigne à trois baies a été reconstruit en 1777 et comporte deux cloches. À l’intérieur, la nef est à deux travées voûtées en arc brisé et donne accès à deux chapelles latérales peu profondes ainsi qu’à une niche creusée dans la façade nord de la première travée. La décoration de l’édifice est relativement sommaire. En effet, seules les retombées des arcs sculptées en figure humaine se détachent du parement en pierres de granite. Les chapelles, quant à elles, sont seulement occupées par une statue : au sud, une statue d’une Vierge à l’Enfant, au nord, une statue de saint Joseph. Dans la niche, sont logées deux statues de la Vierge.

Of Romanesque style, the church of Saint-Julien has the characteristics of a building dating from before the 13th century. Its entrance portal is located on the east, south facade and has a wooden door carved with animal and religious themes. At its feet is a tomb carved with a chalice surmounted by a crown. The three-bay comb-tower was rebuilt in 1777 and has two bells. Inside, the nave has two bays with pointed arches and gives access to two shallow side chapels and a niche carved into the north façade of the first bay. The decoration of the building is relatively basic. Indeed, only the fallout of the arches carved with human figures stands out from the granite stone facing. As for the chapels, they are only occupied by a statue: to the south, a statue of a Virgin and Child, to the north, a statue of Saint Joseph. Two statues of the Virgin are housed in the niche.

Die Kirche Saint-Julien wurde im romanischen Stil erbaut und weist die Merkmale eines Gebäudes aus der Zeit vor dem 13. Das Eingangsportal befindet sich im Osten der Südfassade und besteht aus einer Holztür, die mit tierischen und religiösen Motiven geschnitzt ist. Das Kirchenschiff hat zwei Joche mit Spitzbogengewölbe und bietet Zugang zu zwei flachen Seitenkapellen und einer Nische in der Nordfassade des ersten Joches. Die Dekoration des Gebäudes ist relativ einfach. Von der Granitsteinfassade heben sich nur die als menschliche Figuren gestalteten Bogenauflagen ab. Die Kapellen sind nur mit einer Statue besetzt: Im Süden befindet sich eine Statue der Jungfrau mit Kind, im Norden eine Statue des heiligen Josef. In der Nische sind zwei Statuen der Jungfrau Maria untergebracht.

De Romaanse kerk van Saint-Julien heeft de kenmerken van een gebouw van vóór de 13e eeuw. Het ingangsportaal bevindt zich in het oosten, aan de zuidgevel, en heeft een houten deur met snijwerk van dieren en religieuze thema's. Aan zijn voeten ligt een tombe met een kelk en een kroon. De drie traveeën tellende klokkentoren werd herbouwd in 1777 en heeft twee klokken. Binnenin heeft het schip twee traveeën met spitsbogen en toegang tot twee ondiepe zijkapellen en een nis in de noordzijde van de eerste travee. De inrichting van het gebouw is relatief eenvoudig. Alleen de met menselijke figuren gebeeldhouwde uitsteeksels van de bogen steken af tegen de granieten stenen gevel. In de kapellen staat alleen een beeld: in het zuiden een beeld van een Maagd met Kind, en in het noorden een beeld van de heilige Jozef. In de nis staan twee beelden van de Maagd.

La iglesia románica de Saint-Julien presenta las características de un edificio anterior al siglo XIII. Su portal de entrada se encuentra en el lado oriental de la fachada sur y presenta una puerta de madera tallada con temas animales y religiosos. A sus pies hay una tumba con un cáliz y una corona. El campanario de tres pisos fue reconstruido en 1777 y tiene dos campanas. En el interior, la nave tiene dos tramos con arcos apuntados y acceso a dos capillas laterales poco profundas y un nicho en el lado norte del primer tramo. La decoración del edificio es relativamente básica. Sólo los arcos con figuras humanas destacan sobre el revestimiento de piedra de granito. Las capillas sólo están ocupadas por una estatua: al sur, una estatua de una Virgen con el Niño, y al norte, una estatua de San José. En la hornacina hay dos estatuas de la Virgen.

All'interno, la navata è a due campate con archi a sesto acuto e accesso a due cappelle laterali poco profonde e a una nicchia nel lato nord della prima campata. L'arredamento dell'edificio è relativamente semplice. Solo gli archi con le figure umane spiccano sul rivestimento in pietra granitica. Le cappelle sono occupate solo da una statua: a sud, una statua della Vergine con il Bambino e a nord una statua di San Giuseppe. Nella nicchia si trovano due statue della Vergine.
