ÉGLISE NOTRE DAME DE MONTOURNAIS – Montournais

Il est facile de reconnaître dans l'église de Montournais, les caractères essentiels de l'art gothique. En sa quasi totalité, elle date de la fin du XVème siècle. Cependant, elle a conservé quelques éléments hérités des siècles précédents (clocher roman). Elle possède deux nefs : une originalité exceptionnelle !

It's easy to recognize the essential characteristics of Gothic art in the church at Montournais. Almost the entire church dates from the end of the 15th century. However, it has retained some elements inherited from previous centuries (Romanesque bell tower). It has two naves: a unique feature!

Es ist leicht, in der Kirche von Montournais die wesentlichen Merkmale der gotischen Kunst zu erkennen. Fast die gesamte Kirche stammt aus dem Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts. Jahrhunderts. Sie hat jedoch einige Elemente aus früheren Jahrhunderten bewahrt (romanischer Glockenturm). Die Kirche hat zwei Schiffe: eine außergewöhnliche Originalität!
