En créant une biscuiterie artisanale, locale et biologique, j'ai concrétisé un projet en parfait accord avec mes valeurs et convictions, qui répond aussi à mon amour profond du pays où j'ai grandi, au sein d’une nature préservée, et de ses grands espaces sauvages. Une terre riche de trésors historiques et gourmands, au cœur du Parc Naturel des Grands Causses et du Pays du Roquefort , la plus ancienne des AOP. J'ai à cœur de mettre en avant et de faire partager cette richesse à travers mes créations gourmandes, tout en préservant l'environnement exceptionnel de mon territoire. Le choix d'une production 100 % biologique s'est donc tout naturellement imposé . Et c'est dans mon ancienne maison d'enfance, où j'ai créé un atelier répondant à toutes les exigences d'hygiène et de qualité pour la mise au point et la production de mes biscuits, que l'histoire gourmande et passionnée  de la Biscuiterie des Grands Causses a commencé …

In creating an artisanal, local and organic cookie factory, I have realized a project in perfect harmony with my values and convictions, which also responds to my deep love of the land where I grew up, in the midst of unspoilt nature and wide open spaces. A land rich in historical and gourmet treasures, in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Grands Causses and the Pays du Roquefort, the oldest AOP. My aim is to highlight and share this richness through my gourmet creations, while preserving the exceptional environment of my region. The choice of 100% organic production was a natural one. Mit der Gründung einer handwerklichen, lokalen und biologischen Keksfabrik habe ich ein Projekt verwirklicht, das mit meinen Werten und Überzeugungen vollkommen im Einklang steht und auch meiner tiefen Liebe zu dem Land entspricht, in dem ich inmitten einer geschützten Natur mit großen, wilden Flächen aufgewachsen bin. Ein Land, das reich an historischen und kulinarischen Schätzen ist, im Herzen des Naturparks Grands Causses und des Landes des Roquefort, der ältesten geschützten Ursprungsbezeichnung. Es liegt mir am Herzen, diesen Reichtum durch meine Gourmetkreationen hervorzuheben und mit anderen zu teilen, während ich gleichzeitig die außergewöhnliche Umwelt meiner Heimat schütze. Die Entscheidung für eine zu 100 % biologische Produktion war daher ganz natürlich. Und in dem Haus meiner Kindheit, in dem ich eine Werkstatt eingerichtet habe, die allen Hygiene- und Qualitätsanforderungen für die Entwicklung und Herstellung meiner Kekse entspricht, hat die leidenschaftliche Geschichte der Biscuiterie des Grands Causses begonnen…

Door een lokale, biologische, ambachtelijke koekjesfabriek op te richten, heb ik een project gerealiseerd dat perfect aansluit bij mijn waarden en overtuigingen, en dat ook mijn diepe liefde weerspiegelt voor het land waar ik ben opgegroeid, omringd door ongerepte natuur en weidse ruimten. Een land dat rijk is aan historische en gastronomische schatten, in het hart van het natuurpark Grands Causses en de regio Roquefort, de oudste BOB. Ik ben vastbesloten om deze rijkdom te benadrukken en te delen door middel van mijn gastronomische creaties, terwijl ik de uitzonderlijke omgeving van mijn regio behoud. De keuze voor 100% biologische productie was vanzelfsprekend. En het was in mijn oude ouderlijk huis, waar ik een atelier inrichtte dat voldeed aan alle hygiëne- en kwaliteitseisen voor de ontwikkeling en productie van mijn koekjes, dat het gastronomische en gepassioneerde verhaal van de Biscuiterie des Grands Causses begon …

Al crear una fábrica de galletas artesanales, ecológicas y de proximidad, he materializado un proyecto que sintoniza perfectamente con mis valores y convicciones, y que refleja también mi profundo amor por la tierra en la que crecí, rodeada de naturaleza virgen y amplios espacios abiertos. Una tierra rica en tesoros históricos y gastronómicos, en el corazón del Parque Natural de Grands Causses y de la región de Roquefort, la DOP más antigua. Estoy decidida a poner de relieve y compartir esta riqueza a través de mis creaciones gastronómicas, preservando al mismo tiempo el entorno excepcional de mi región. La elección de una producción 100% ecológica era natural. Y fue en la antigua casa de mi infancia, donde instalé un taller que cumplía todos los requisitos de higiene y calidad para el desarrollo y la producción de mis galletas, donde comenzó la historia gourmet y apasionada de la Biscuiterie des Grands Causses…

Con la creazione di un biscottificio artigianale locale e biologico, ho realizzato un progetto in perfetta sintonia con i miei valori e le mie convinzioni, che riflette anche il mio profondo amore per la terra in cui sono cresciuta, circondata da una natura incontaminata e da ampi spazi aperti. Una terra ricca di tesori storici e gastronomici, nel cuore del Parco Naturale dei Grands Causses e della regione del Roquefort, la più antica DOP. Sono determinato a valorizzare e condividere questa ricchezza attraverso le mie creazioni gastronomiche, preservando l'ambiente eccezionale della mia regione. La scelta di una produzione 100% biologica è stata naturale. Ed è proprio nella mia vecchia casa d'infanzia, dove ho creato un laboratorio che soddisfa tutti i requisiti igienici e di qualità per lo sviluppo e la produzione dei miei biscotti, che è iniziata la storia golosa e appassionata della Biscuiterie des Grands Causses…
