Les différents salons de la maison, font la part belle aux poutres apparentes et aux magnifiques vues sur la ville et la rivière. L’ambiance feutrée des espaces, vous amènera près de la cheminée, dans la véranda (seul restaurant à Chartres avec véranda sur la rivière) ou dans la bibliothèque du 1er étage. Le salon du 2ème étage, pourra aussi bien servir pour des réceptions privatives ou différents événements professionnels.

This beautiful 17th century house located in the historic heart of the city and on the Eure, offers in a cozy atmosphere, a refined cuisine, a "gastronomy of the soil". The chef Vital ROZET, proposes a menu evolving with the seasons and composed of local products from a reasoned agriculture. The different lounges of the house are decorated with exposed beams and magnificent views of the city and the river. The cosy atmosphere of the rooms will bring you close to the fireplace, in the veranda (the only restaurant in Chartres with a veranda on the river) or in the library on the first floor. The lounge on the second floor can be used for private receptions or various professional events.
