Pêche du jour de la lagune, crustacés, coquillages, algues… Côté terre, notre cuisine met en avant les légumes issus de l’agriculture locale biodynamique et des viandes d’éleveurs locaux. Au fil des saisons, notre chef sera là pour vous proposer ses exclusivités toujours en sublimant et en respectant les produits du terroir.

Tagesfang aus der Lagune, Krustentiere, Muscheln, Algen? Auf der Landseite setzt unsere Küche auf Gemüse aus biodynamischer Landwirtschaft und Fleisch von lokalen Bauern. Im Laufe der Jahreszeiten wird Ihnen unser Chefkoch seine exklusiven Gerichte anbieten, wobei er stets die Produkte der Region veredelt und respektiert.
