Totale rust en stilte, genesteld in een ongerepte natuurlijke omgeving van velden en weiden, grenzend aan een uitgestrekt nationaal bos. De omgeving en het aangelegde terrein zijn letterlijk betoverend, totaal rustgevend en verjongend (met de mogelijkheid om wilde dieren te observeren), op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van het charmante, typische dorpje Chapaize en zijn zeer rijke erfgoed (een zeer zeldzame gemeente met onder andere 2 geklasseerde Romaanse kerken uit de 11e eeuw, waaronder een van de oudste "lantaarntorens" in Bourgondië). Paz y tranquilidad totales, en un entorno natural preservado de campos y prados, junto a un inmenso bosque nacional. El entorno y los jardines son literalmente encantadores, totalmente relajantes y rejuvenecedores (con la posibilidad de observar la vida silvestre), a tiro de piedra del centro del encantador pueblo típico de Chapaize y su riquísimo patrimonio (un municipio muy raro con, entre otras cosas, 2 iglesias románicas del siglo XI protegidas, incluida una de las "torres linterna" más antiguas de Borgoña). Esta casa rural muy confortable se ha convertido en un atípico "mini loft" con un hermoso volumen "catedralicio". Cálido encanto campestre con acentos contemporáneos, que combina el espíritu escandinavo con toques industriales (incluido un escultural entresuelo de metal), realzado por las vigas y el imponente muro de piedra original. Pace e tranquillità totali, immerso in un ambiente naturale preservato di campi e prati, adiacente a una vasta foresta nazionale. L'ambiente e il parco paesaggistico sono letteralmente incantevoli, totalmente rilassanti e rigeneranti (con la possibilità di osservare la fauna selvatica), a due passi dal centro dell'incantevole e tipico villaggio di Chapaize e dal suo ricchissimo patrimonio (un comune molto raro con, tra l'altro, 2 chiese romaniche dell'XI secolo tutelate, tra cui una delle più antiche "torri lanterna" della Borgogna). Questo gîte molto confortevole è stato trasformato in un "mini loft" atipico con un bel volume "cattedrale". Un caldo fascino di campagna con accenti contemporanei, che unisce lo spirito scandinavo a tocchi industriali (tra cui uno scultoreo soppalco in metallo), esaltati dalle travi e dall'imponente muro di pietra originale.
