L'appartement est situé dans une maison alsacienne au premier étage ( un 2ème appartement de 100m2 au Rez de chaussée est en cours de finalisation et sera aussi prévu pour la location saisonnière). 1 place de parking privée ainsi que des vélos (VTT-VTC) sont à votre disposition gracieusement. – La cuisine est chaleureuse, spacieuse et très fonctionnelle avec son plan de travail. Elle est aussi très bien équipée: Frigo,congélo,four,plaque vitro,micro-onde,lave linge, 2 machines à café, grille pain, bouilloire, appareil à raclette. Les petits + > Robot multi-fonction ainsi que des épices et ingrédients de base sont à votre disposition. Pour vos moments de détente au salon, un rocking-chair, un canapé convertible (120×190) avec télé, box wifi et des plaids bien chauds. Cocooning assuré ! La salle de bain est composée d'une baignoire douche, un lavabo, un wc, deux meubles de rangement, serviettes et un sèche- cheveux. Les petits + > Pour vos moments de bien être, un panier composé de shampoing, gel douche, crème corps, dentifrice, brosse à dents est à votre disposition. La chambre est très confortable avec son lit de 140×190, un matelas à mémoire de forme, un grand dressing où une centrale vapeur est rangée à l'intérieur. double vitrage, stores+ volets roulants. le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette sont fournis et inclus dans le prix. The apartment is located in an Alsatian house on the first floor (a second apartment of 100m2 on the ground floor is being finalized and will also be available for seasonal rental). 1 private parking space as well as bicycles (VTT-VTC) are at your disposal free of charge. – The kitchen is warm, spacious and very functional with its worktop. The room is very comfortable with its 140×190 bed, a memory foam mattress, a large dressing room where a steam unit is stored inside. Het is ook zeer goed uitgerust: Koelkast, vriezer, oven, kookplaat, magnetron, wasmachine, 2 koffiezetapparaten, broodrooster, waterkoker, raclette machine. De kleine extra's > Multifunctionele keukenmachine en kruiden en basisingrediënten staan tot uw beschikking. Voor uw momenten van ontspanning in de woonkamer, een schommelstoel, een slaapbank (120×190) met TV, wifi box en warme plaids. Cocooning gegarandeerd! También está muy bien equipado: Frigorífico, congelador, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavadora, 2 cafeteras, tostadora, hervidor de agua, máquina de raclette. Los pequeños extras > El robot de cocina multifunción, así como las especias y los ingredientes básicos están a su disposición. Para sus momentos de relajación en la sala de estar, una mecedora, un sofá convertible (120×190) con TV, caja wifi y cálidos cuadros. Per i vostri momenti di relax nel soggiorno, una sedia a dondolo, un divano trasformabile (120×190) con TV, wifi box e caldi plaid. Coccole garantite! Il bagno è composto da una vasca da bagno con doccia, un lavabo, un WC, due contenitori, asciugamani e un asciugacapelli.
