Notre gîte l'Atelier est situé sur notre propriété (accès commun avec la maison principale que nous habitons et dans laquelle nous tenons des chambres d'hôtes). Le gros oeuvre et terminé depuis peu et l'aménagement intérieur est en cours. Le gîte est composé : Au RDC : d'une cuisine/salle à manger et d'un salon a l'étage : deux chambres , une salle de douche et un wc séparé. Dans le salon une baie vitrée, avec volet roulant électrique, donne sur l'espace jardin dédié. Bien évidemment, nous mettrons à disposition table et chaises de jardin. La garage attenant permet le stationnement d'un véhicule. la capacité du gîte est de 4 personnes avec la possibilité de rajouter un lit d'appoint et un lit bébé. Une piscine de 3,2m x 10,2m, située entre le gîte et la maison principale, est en cours de réalisation sur la propriété. Elle sera partagée entre les vacanciers du gîte et nos hôtes. Un espace détente avec chaises longues sera aménagé à proximité. L'accès à la piscine sera réglementé afin de préserver la tranquillité de chacun.

Our gîte l'Atelier is located on our property (common access with the main house we live in and in which we have guest rooms). The main building work has recently been completed and the interior design is in progress. The gîte is composed of On the ground floor : a kitchen/dining room and a living room upstairs: two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. In the living room, a bay window with electric shutter opens onto the dedicated garden area. Of course, we will provide a garden table and chairs. The adjoining garage allows the parking of a vehicle. the capacity of the gîte is for 4 people with the possibility of adding an extra bed and a cot. A 3.2m x 10.2m swimming pool, situated between the gîte and the main house, is being built on the property. It will be shared between the holidaymakers of the gîte and our guests. A relaxation area with deckchairs will be set up nearby. The access to the swimming pool will be regulated in order to preserve everyone's peace and quiet.

Unser Ferienhaus l'Atelier befindet sich auf unserem Grundstück (gemeinsamer Zugang mit dem Haupthaus, das wir bewohnen und in dem wir Gästezimmer betreiben). Der Rohbau wurde vor kurzem fertiggestellt und der Innenausbau ist im Gange. Die Unterkunft besteht aus: Im Erdgeschoss: eine Küche/Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss: zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad und eine separate Toilette. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Fensterfront mit elektrischem Rollladen, die auf den Gartenbereich führt. Selbstverständlich stellen wir Ihnen einen Gartentisch und -stühle zur Verfügung. In der angrenzenden Garage kann ein Fahrzeug abgestellt werden. die Kapazität des Ferienhauses beträgt 4 Personen mit der Möglichkeit, ein Zusatzbett und ein Babybett hinzuzufügen. Ein 3,2m x 10,2m großer Pool befindet sich zwischen der Unterkunft und dem Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück. Er wird von den Urlaubern des Ferienhauses und unseren Gästen gemeinsam genutzt werden. In der Nähe wird ein Entspannungsbereich mit Liegestühlen eingerichtet. Der Zugang zum Pool wird geregelt, um die Ruhe aller zu wahren.

Onze gîte l'Atelier bevindt zich op ons terrein (gedeelde toegang met het hoofdhuis waarin we wonen en waarin we gastenkamers hebben). De structurele werkzaamheden zijn onlangs voltooid en aan de binneninrichting wordt gewerkt. De gîte bestaat uit : Op de begane grond: een keuken/eetkamer en een woonkamer op de eerste verdieping: twee slaapkamers, een doucheruimte en een apart toilet. In de woonkamer geeft een erker met elektrisch rolluik toegang tot de tuin. Natuurlijk zorgen wij voor een tuintafel en stoelen. De aangrenzende garage biedt parkeergelegenheid voor één auto. de capaciteit van de gîte is 4 personen met de mogelijkheid om een extra bed en een babybedje toe te voegen. Een zwembad van 3,2m x 10,2m, gelegen tussen de gîte en het hoofdhuis, wordt gebouwd op het terrein. Het wordt gedeeld tussen de vakantiegangers van de gîte en onze gasten. Een ontspanningsruimte met ligstoelen zal in de buurt worden ingericht. De toegang tot het zwembad zal worden geregeld om ieders rust te bewaren.

La casa rural se compone de : En la planta baja: una cocina-comedor y una sala de estar en la primera planta: dos dormitorios, un cuarto de ducha y un aseo separado. En el salón, un ventanal con persiana eléctrica da a la zona ajardinada. Por supuesto, proporcionaremos mesa y sillas de jardín. El garaje contiguo ofrece aparcamiento para un coche. la capacidad de la casa rural es de 4 personas con posibilidad de añadir una cama supletoria y una cuna. En la propiedad se está construyendo una piscina de 3,2 m x 10,2 m, situada entre la casa rural y la casa principal. Se repartirá entre los veraneantes de la casa rural y nuestros huéspedes. En las inmediaciones se instalará una zona de descanso con tumbonas. El acceso a la piscina estará regulado para preservar la tranquilidad de todos.

I lavori strutturali sono stati recentemente completati e gli allestimenti interni sono in corso. Il gîte è composto da : Al piano terra: una cucina/sala da pranzo e un salotto al primo piano: due camere da letto, un bagno con doccia e una toilette separata. Nel soggiorno, una finestra a golfo con tapparella elettrica si apre sull'area giardino dedicata. Naturalmente, forniremo tavolo e sedie da giardino. Il garage adiacente offre un parcheggio per un'auto. la capacità dell'alloggio è di 4 persone con la possibilità di aggiungere un letto supplementare e una culla. Nella proprietà è in costruzione una piscina di 3,2 m x 10,2 m, situata tra il gîte e la casa principale. Sarà condivisa tra i villeggianti del gîte e i nostri ospiti.
