Le logement se situe dans une ancienne maison ouvrière datant de 1900 entièrement renovée au cœur d'un petit village au pied du Grand Ballon et proche de la route des vins. Jungholtz est un petit village à mi-chemin entre Mulhouse et Colmar. À 45 min de l'Allemagne et de la Suisse. Il se compose : D'un séjour/TV avec un canapé convertible, table basse, meuble TV Une salle à manger Une cuisine toute équipée, avec plaques vitrocéramiques, four, micro-onde, machine à expresso, … La chambre dispose d'un lit 160x200cm, de deux chevets, d'un fauteuil et d'une armoire de rangement. Les draps seront fournis sur demande. La salle de bain se compose d'un élément vasque, d'une douche à l'italienne, de WC suspendus et d'un radiateur sèche-serviettes. Les serviettes sont également fournies sur demande. A l'extérieur vous disposerez de stationnements et d'une petite cour. The accommodation is located in an old worker's house dating from 1900 completely renovated in the heart of a small village at the foot of the Grand Ballon and close to the wine route. Jungholtz is a small village halfway between Mulhouse and Colmar. At 45 min from Germany and Switzerland. It consists of: A living/TV room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV cabinet A dining room A fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine, … The bedroom has a bed 160x200cm, two bedside tables, an armchair and a wardrobe. Sheets will be provided on request. The bathroom is composed of a washbasin unit, an Italian shower, suspended WC and a towel radiator. Towels are also provided on request. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Arbeiterhaus aus dem Jahr 1900, das komplett renoviert wurde, im Herzen eines kleinen Dorfes am Fuße des Grand Ballon und in der Nähe der Weinstraße. Jungholtz ist ein kleines Dorf auf halbem Weg zwischen Mulhouse und Colmar. Nur 45 Minuten von Deutschland und der Schweiz entfernt. Es besteht aus: Aus einem Wohn-/Fernsehzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, Couchtisch, TV-Möbel Einem Esszimmer Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine, … Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bett 160x200cm, zwei Nachttische, einen Sessel und einen Kleiderschrank. Die Bettwäsche wird auf Anfrage bereitgestellt. Das Badezimmer besteht aus einem Waschbecken, einer begehbaren Dusche, einem Hänge-WC und einem Handtuchheizkörper. Handtücher werden auf Anfrage ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Im Außenbereich stehen Ihnen Parkplätze und ein kleiner Hof zur Verfügung. De accommodatie bevindt zich in een oud arbeidershuis uit 1900 en is volledig gerenoveerd in het hart van een klein dorp aan de voet van de Grand Ballon en vlakbij de wijnroute. Jungholtz is een klein dorp halverwege Mulhouse en Colmar. 45 minuten van Duitsland en Zwitserland. Het bestaat uit : Een woonkamer/TV met een slaapbank, salontafel, TV-meubel Een eetkamer Een volledig uitgeruste keuken, met keramische kookplaat, oven, magnetron, espressomachine, … De slaapkamer heeft een bed van 160×200 cm, twee nachtkastjes, een fauteuil en een kledingkast. Lakens worden op verzoek verstrekt. De badkamer heeft een wastafel, een inloopdouche, een wandcloset en een handdoekverwarmer. Op verzoek worden ook handdoeken verstrekt. Buiten is er parkeergelegenheid en een kleine binnenplaats. Jungholtz es un pequeño pueblo a medio camino entre Mulhouse y Colmar. A 45 minutos de Alemania y Suiza. Se compone de : Una sala de estar/televisión con un sofá cama, una mesa de centro y un soporte para la televisión Un comedor Una cocina totalmente equipada, con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, cafetera, … El dormitorio tiene una cama de 160x200cm, dos mesillas de noche, un sillón y un armario. Las sábanas se proporcionan a petición. El cuarto de baño tiene un lavabo, una ducha a ras de suelo, un inodoro suspendido y un calentador de toallas. También se proporcionan toallas si se solicita. L'alloggio si trova in un'antica casa di operai risalente al 1900 e interamente ristrutturata nel cuore di un piccolo villaggio ai piedi del Grand Ballon e vicino alla strada del vino. Jungholtz è un piccolo villaggio a metà strada tra Mulhouse e Colmar. 45 minuti dalla Germania e dalla Svizzera. Si compone di : Un soggiorno/TV con divano letto, tavolino e porta TV Una sala da pranzo Una cucina completamente attrezzata, con piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno, microonde, macchina per caffè espresso, … La camera da letto ha un letto di 160×200 cm, due comodini, una poltrona e un armadio. Le lenzuola sono fornite su richiesta. Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, cabina doccia, WC sospeso e scaldasalviette. Su richiesta vengono forniti anche gli asciugamani.
