L'Estran est un gîte indépendant, tout neuf et très cosy, situé à 300 m de la plage, à 2 km du centre de Pornic avec ses commerces/restaurants/boutiques, et 1,5 km de la thalassothérapie. Stationnement privatif devant le gîte. Espace extérieur clos composé de 3 terrasses dont 1 avec bain nordique exposée sud. Plain pied : salon/séjour avec cuisine aménagée ouverte, 2 chambres (1: lit 160×200, 2: 2 lits 80×200 jumelables), salle d'eau et WC indépendant. Equipements inclus: wifi, enceinte Bluetooth, borne pour voiture électrique, équipement complet bébé, jeux de plage enfants. Compris: électricité, chauffage électrique, draps, linge de toilette et bois. Non-compris: forfait ménage obligatoire (60 €) et taxe de séjour. 1 animal accepté (7€/jour – caution 100€).

Private parking in front of the gîte. Enclosed outdoor space with 3 terraces (1 with Nordic bath) facing south. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160×200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80×200 beds), shower room and separate WC. Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment, children's beach games. Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood. Not included: compulsory cleaning fee (60 ?) and tourist tax. 1 pet accepted (7?/day – deposit 100?).

Incluido: electricidad, calefacción eléctrica, ropa de cama, toallas y leña. No incluido: tasa de limpieza obligatoria (60?) y tasa turística. se admite 1 mascota (7€/día – fianza 100€).
