Le Ptit Torcéen – Torcy-le-Petit

Le P'tit Torcéen est cosy et chaleureux. Le linge de lits et toilettes seront fournis. Le logement se situe en bout du chemin pour une tranquillité certaine. La chambre comprend un lit de 180*200 et dans le salon, un canapé lit 140×200. Et une vraie cuisine aménagée .Sur place: parking, terrasse aménagée et jardin clos. Notre région dispose de très jolis endroits à découvrir (forêts, plages, bisons, randonnées, avenue verte, réserves de loups & bisons, sortie en canoë, accrobranche, sortie en trott'électrique…..) commerces à proximité. Notre maison est mitoyenne au gîte, nous sommes donc disponibles tout en étant discrets. Le partage de notre jardin est bien respecté.

The holiday cottage is furnished and equipped to provide comfort, modernity and calm. Our house adjoins the holiday cottage, we are thus available if you need while remaining discreet. The garden is well divided and shared. Bed linen and towels provided and included in the price. €40 housecleaning service (household linen washing and complete disinfection). Please leave the holiday cottage in the same condition as when you arrived. The house is located by a river and at the end of a path to guarantee tranquillity. The bedroom comprises two single beds (90×200 cm, with a 180×200 cm mattress topper for more comfort) and a convertible sofa bed (140×200 cm with a real mattress). It also includes a parking space, a furnished terrace and an enlosed garden. Our area is full of beautiful places (forests, beaches, bison, hiking trails, greenway, etc.), shops nearby.

Le P'tit Torcéen ist gemütlich und warm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich am Ende des Weges, sodass Sie ungestört sind. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bett von 180 x 200 cm und das Wohnzimmer über ein Schlafsofa von 140 x 200 cm. Vor Ort gibt es einen Parkplatz, eine möblierte Terrasse und einen eingezäunten Garten. In unserer Region gibt es viele schöne Orte zu entdecken (Wälder, Strände, Bisons, Wanderungen, Green Avenue, Wolfs- und Bisonreservate, Kanuausflüge, Baumklettern, Ausflüge mit dem Elektrotrott…..), Geschäfte in der Nähe. Unser Haus grenzt an die Unterkunft, sodass wir verfügbar, aber dennoch diskret sind. Die gemeinsame Nutzung unseres Gartens wird gut respektiert.

Le P'tit Torcéen is gezellig en warm. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. De accommodatie ligt aan het einde van de weg, dus je kunt zeker zijn van rust en stilte. De slaapkamer heeft een bed van 180*200 en de woonkamer heeft een slaapbank van 140×200. Ter plaatse: parkeerplaats, terras en omheinde tuin. Onze regio heeft een aantal zeer mooie plekken om te ontdekken (bossen, stranden, bizons, wandelen, groene laan, wolf & bizon reservaten, kanoën, accrobranche, elektrische scooters…..) en winkels in de buurt. Ons huis grenst aan de gîte, dus we zijn beschikbaar maar discreet. Onze tuin wordt goed gerespecteerd.

Le P'tit Torcéen es acogedor y cálido. Se proporciona ropa de cama y toallas. El alojamiento está situado al final de la carretera, por lo que puede estar seguro de la paz y la tranquilidad. El dormitorio tiene una cama de 180*200 y el salón un sofá cama de 140×200. En el lugar: aparcamiento, terraza y jardín cerrado. Nuestra región tiene lugares muy bonitos para descubrir (bosques, playas, bisontes, senderismo, avenida verde, reservas de lobos y bisontes, piragüismo, accrobranche, patinetes eléctricos…..) y comercios cercanos. Nuestra casa está al lado de la casa rural, por lo que estamos disponibles pero discreto. Nuestro jardín es muy respetado.

Le P'tit Torcéen è accogliente e caldo. La biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani sono forniti. L'alloggio si trova alla fine della strada, per cui potete stare tranquilli. La camera da letto ha un letto 180*200 e il soggiorno ha un divano letto 140×200. Sul posto: parcheggio, terrazza e giardino recintato. La nostra regione offre luoghi molto belli da scoprire (foreste, spiagge, bisonti, escursioni, viale verde, riserve di lupi e bisonti, canoa, accrobranche, scooter elettrici…..) e negozi nelle vicinanze. La nostra casa è adiacente al gîte, quindi siamo disponibili ma discreti. Il nostro giardino è ben rispettato.
