Le gîte se situe dans un hameau de 2 hectares possédant en tout 4 gîtes authentiques du Périgord (capacité totale 20 personnes), entourés de jardins, forêts et prairies offrant une vue sur 360°. La piscine est partagée avec les autres vacanciers mais l'espace terrasse et nage sont suffisamment grands pour tous (piscine de 12 x 5 m) éloigné des gîtes, environ 50m. Pour les familles ou groupes, le hameau possède une grange réception offrant le mobilier, vaisselle, cuisine pour 40 personnes dans le cas où tout le hameau est loué par le même groupe. La tranquillité est offerte, le repos mérité avec la possibilité de pratiquer des activités sportives sur site ou à proximité (randonnées pédestres, cyclistes, base nautique, vélo rail, tir à l'arc…) et également des commerces à 10 min.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem 2 Hektar großen Weiler mit insgesamt 4 authentischen Gîtes aus dem Périgord (Gesamtkapazität 20 Personen), die von Gärten, Wäldern und Wiesen umgeben sind und einen 360°-Blick bieten Der Pool wird mit den anderen Gästen geteilt, aber der Terrassen- und Schwimmbereich ist groß genug für alle (Pool 12 x 5 m) und liegt ca. 50 m von den Gîtes entfernt. Für Familien oder Gruppen bietet der Weiler eine Empfangsscheune mit Möbeln, Geschirr und Küche für 40 Personen, falls der ganze Weiler von derselben Gruppe gemietet wird. Die Ruhe wird geboten, die verdiente Erholung mit der Möglichkeit, vor Ort oder in der Nähe sportliche Aktivitäten auszuüben (Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wassersportzentrum, Schienenfahrrad, Bogenschießen…) und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min Entfernung.

De gîte ligt in een gehucht van 2 hectare met in totaal 4 authentieke Perigord gîtes (totale capaciteit 20 personen), omgeven door tuinen, bossen en weilanden die een uitzicht van 360° bieden Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met andere vakantiegangers, maar het terras en het zwemgedeelte zijn groot genoeg voor iedereen (zwembad van 12 x 5 m) en ligt op ongeveer 50 m van de gîtes. Voor gezinnen of groepen beschikt het gehucht over een ontvangstschuur met meubilair, serviesgoed en keukenfaciliteiten voor 40 personen als het hele gehucht door dezelfde groep wordt gehuurd. Para las familias o los grupos, la aldea dispone de un granero de recepción que ofrece muebles, vajilla y cocina para 40 personas si toda la aldea es alquilada por el mismo grupo. Se ofrece tranquilidad, el descanso es merecido con la posibilidad de practicar actividades deportivas en el lugar o en las cercanías (senderismo, ciclismo, deportes acuáticos, carril bici, tiro con arco…) y también tiendas a 10 min.

Per le famiglie o i gruppi, il borgo dispone di un fienile di accoglienza che offre mobili, stoviglie e cucina per 40 persone se l'intero borgo viene affittato dallo stesso gruppo. La pace e la tranquillità sono offerte, il riposo è meritato con la possibilità di praticare attività sportive in loco o nelle vicinanze (escursioni, ciclismo, sport acquatici, pista ciclabile, tiro con l'arco…) e anche negozi a 10 min.
