Le Duplex est un gîte sur deux niveaux, idéal pour un séjour tout compris à deux, situé à Jaux, un village avec tous commerces à 3 km de Compiègne. Il se trouve dans une maison qui accueille également deux autres locations touristiques, dans un cadre calme et agréable. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un salon équipé d'un canapé convertible, une télévision écran plat de 110 cm, ouvert sur une cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, four et cafetières. À l’étage, une chambre en mezzanine avec un lit double de 180×200 cm, modulable en deux lits simples. Une salle d’eau avec douche et Wc. À l’extérieur, une terrasse privative, avec un salon de jardin et un barbecue. Le gîte propose le wifi, la climatisation réversible, un parking privé sécurisé, ainsi qu’une prise pour la recharge de véhicule électrique (en supplément). Sur demande, un équipement bébé peut être mis à disposition pour garantir un séjour pratique et confortable.

Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a 180×200 cm double bed, convertible into two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The gîte offers wifi, reversible air-conditioning, secure private parking and a plug for recharging electric vehicles (extra charge). Baby equipment is available on request to ensure a comfortable and practical stay.
