La Vieille Vigne – Millau

La maison est située dans la vallée de la Dourbie au pied du Causse Noir. Le quartier est très calme, étant au fond d'une impasse (loin de la circulation). Vous arrivez à votre parking privé fermé. Un portail semi-automatique ferme l'entrée. Descriptif  L'entrée au rdc comporte une pièce de vie de 24 m² comprenant une cuisine intégrée neuve bien équipée, un coin repas et un canapé. Il y a une connexion WIFI fibre optique ( moyenne 135 Mb/s) et une télévision à écran plat. Un escalier en colimaçon mène à la chambre avec son grand lit 160 X 200 Tempura tout neuf, assurant une nuit de repos dans un confort parfait. Les deux étages bénéficient d'un chauffage électrique performant. Une grande armoire assure le rangement. Vous profiterez d'un terrasse de 17 m² ensoleillée.   La salle de bains comporte une douche de plain-pied en quart de rond 85 X 85 donc spacieuse et agréable le matin au réveil ou après une journée d'exploration de la région. Il y a un WC à l'anglaise, suspendu. Également un meuble incorporant le vasque de lavabo et rangement. La pièce est chauffée par un radiateur chauffe-serviettes surdimensionnée et programmable pour votre confort. Nous fournissons les draps, serviettes, peignoirs de bains, papier toilette.  En haut de la maison se trouve une piscine découverte: 9 X 4.5 X 1.4, ainsi qu'un jacuzzi. Ils se trouvent dans un cadre de verdure en regard des falaises du Causse Noir. L'absence d'habitations à la hauteur de notre maison renforce le sentiment de tranquillité et l'immersion dans la nature pendant la baignade.   La maison se trouve à 2,5 km du centre de Millau et seulement 1,5 km des bases de Loisirs qui proposent de très nombreuses activités : canoë kayak, canyoning, via -ferrata, parapente, escalade, accrobranche, etc. Vous êtes idéalement placé pour découvrir la région, classée par UNESCO, visiter de vieilles pierres ou profiter des nombreux sports et activités de plein air.   Pour les randonneurs et les VTTistes nous tenons des cartes IGN à votre disposition ainsi que des conseils pour des balades et sorties inoubliables.  We are in a secluded site but just 2 km from the centre of Millau, right in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Grand Causse and Cevennes region.  The guest house house is beautifully located in the Dourbie Valley at the foot of the  Causse Noir plateau. Being at the end of a cul-se-sac situated in a quiet residential area, there is no traffic near the house, ensuring your peace and quiet during your stay with us.   The guest home is a renovated “maison de vigne”, a traditional stone shed used to store garden tools and especially to make and store wine. The ground floor is 24 square meters (around 250 sq ft.) which includes a fully equiped kitchen area, table, couch, optical fiber WIFI (135 Mb/s avg) and flat screen television. A winding stairway leads up to the bedroom and bathroom. The room has a 180X200cm Tempurpedic bed, a big dresser; the closed off bathroom has a comfortable showerstall, toilet and washbasin.   Towels, sheets, bathrobes, toilet paper are supplied at no extra cost.  Heating during the off season period is by electric radiators. Bathroom is equiped with a separate heated towelrack.  You have specific access to your own parking area, right next to the house, which can be secured with an electric gate. The entryway to the house is a comfortable terrace (17 sq m, approx. 180 sq ft.) with outdoor table and chairs.   Behind the house is our private 9mX 4.5m X 1.4m swimming pool and adjacent hot tub which we gladly share with our guests. The pool and tub have a marvelous view of the cliffs behind the house; no dwellings beside nor above the house add to the feeling of privacy and wellbeing. besides the present rental Gîte La Vieille Vigne, there are no other rentals on this site, and no others are admitted to the pool and Jacuzzi, allowing for a quiet stay.  The pool and hottub are available from the beginning June till mid September.   Unsurprizingly the area has been classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.  And yet we are only 2 miles from the town center and one mile from several sports basecamps offering canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, paragliding , outdoors cliff climbing, accrobranche (adventure climb in trees), electric mountain bike rentals etc.  For hikers and bikers we have all the local topographical maps available and would love to share our savvy of the beautiful and spectacular paths and trails to be seen in the area.   Please feel free to ask any questions concerning the accomodations , surroundings, activities. Eine Wendeltreppe führt zum Schlafzimmer mit einem brandneuen 160 X 200 Tempura-Bett, das eine erholsame Nacht in perfektem Komfort gewährleistet. Beide Etagen verfügen über eine leistungsstarke elektrische Heizung. Ein großer Schrank sorgt für Ordnung. Sie werden von einer 17 m² großen Sonnenterrasse profitieren. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Viertelkreisdusche (85 x 85 cm), die geräumig und angenehm ist, wenn Sie morgens aufwachen oder nach einem Tag, an dem Sie die Gegend erkundet haben. Es gibt eine hängende englische Toilette. Außerdem gibt es ein Möbelstück, in das das Waschbecken und die Ablage integriert sind. Der Raum wird mit einem übergroßen, programmierbaren Handtuchheizkörper beheizt, damit Sie sich wohlfühlen. Wir stellen Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bademäntel und Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung. Im oberen Teil des Hauses befindet sich ein Swimmingpool (9 x 4,5 x 1,4 m) und ein Jacuzzi. Sie befinden sich in einer grünen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Klippen des Causse Noir. Das Fehlen von Häusern auf der Höhe unseres Hauses verstärkt das Gefühl der Ruhe und des Eintauchens in die Natur während des Schwimmens. Das Haus liegt 2,5 km vom Zentrum von Millau und nur 1,5 km von den Freizeitzentren entfernt, die zahlreiche Aktivitäten anbieten: Kanu, Kajak, Canyoning, Klettersteige, Paragliding, Klettern, Baumklettern etc. Sie sind ideal gelegen, um die UNESCO-geschützte Region zu erkunden, alte Steine zu besichtigen oder von den zahlreichen Sport- und Outdoor-Aktivitäten zu profitieren. Für Wanderer und Mountainbiker halten wir IGN-Karten bereit und geben Ihnen Tipps für unvergessliche Spaziergänge und Ausflüge. Er is een glasvezel WIFI verbinding (gemiddeld 135 Mb/s) en een flatscreen TV. Een wenteltrap leidt naar de slaapkamer met het gloednieuwe kingsize Tempura-bed van 160 x 200, voor een goede nachtrust in perfect comfort. Beide verdiepingen hebben efficiënte elektrische verwarming. Een grote kledingkast biedt voldoende opbergruimte. Er is een zonnig terras van 17 m². De badkamer heeft een 85 x 85 kwartronde inloopdouche, dus het is ruim en aangenaam als je 's ochtends wakker wordt of na een dag de regio verkennen. Er is een wandcloset. Ambas plantas disponen de calefacción eléctrica. Un gran armario proporciona un amplio espacio de almacenamiento. Hay una soleada terraza de 17 m². El cuarto de baño, con una ducha de 85 x 85 cm, es espacioso y agradable al levantarse por la mañana o después de un día explorando la región. Hay un WC suspendido. También hay un mueble con lavabo y espacio de almacenamiento. Para su comodidad, la habitación dispone de un calentador de toallas programable de gran tamaño. Suministramos sábanas, toallas, albornoces y papel higiénico. En la parte superior de la casa hay una piscina al aire libre: 9 X 4,5 X 1,4, así como un jacuzzi. La ausencia de viviendas cerca de nuestra casa contribuye a la sensación de tranquilidad y de inmersión en la naturaleza mientras se nada.
