Nous proposons cet appartement en rez-de-jardin de notre hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle, au coeur du centre historique de Caen (entre la place Saint-Sauveur et le château), entouré d'un jardin arboré, calme avec un parking sécurisé gratuit. Très pratique pour parcourir la ville à pied, puisque nous sommes à proximité des commerces, restaurants et centres d'intérêt (abbayes, musées…) Idéal 3 pers. (5 max), cuisine entièrement équipée, suite parentale avec Salle d'eau et WC, petite chambre attenante avec Salle d'eau et WC (accessible à partir de 3 personnes). Canapé convertible de 160×200 dans le séjour. Possibilité de location en formule gîte ou B&B (avec petit-déjeuner) ou pour de longs séjours. Nous louons également 3 chambres d'hôtes dans les étages de la maison. We offer this apartment on the garden level of our 18th century mansion, in the heart of the historic center of Caen (between Place Saint-Sauveur and the castle), surrounded by a quiet garden with free secure parking. Very convenient for walking around the city, since we are close to shops, restaurants and places of interest (abbeys, museums…) Ideal for 3 pers. (5 max), equipped kitchen, master suite with shower room and WC, small adjoining bedroom with shower room and WC (accessible from 3 people) Sofa bed 160×200 in the living room. Possibility of renting as a gîte or B&B (with breakfast) or for long stays. We also rent 3 guest rooms in the upper floors of the house.
