Situé à 40 minutes des premières plages autour de Granville, venez séjourner dans un cadre verdoyant en reconnexion avec la nature. Ce logement comprend dans la première partie une cuisine équipée séparée, un séjour salon, un étage comprenant 4 chambres avec 2 lits double, 1 lit simple, 1 lit bébé et 1 lit superposé, 2 salle d'eau et WC dont une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche. Dans la seconde partie un coin cuisine ouvert sur le petit séjour, une salle de douche et WC, à l'étage 1 chambre avec lit double et lit simple. Le terrain n'est pas clôturer et l'étang non sécurisé.

The second part comprises a kitchenette opening onto the small living room, a shower room and WC, and upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed. The land is not fenced and the pond is not secured.
