Gîte du Poyaudin – Mézilles

Le gite du poyaudin est situé dans un petit hameau avec vue sur la vallée. Au calme, vous pourrez profiter d'un terrain clos de 2500 m2 avec emplacement pour les véhicules, un terrain de pétanque (boules fournies), barbecue, transats. Au Rez-de-chaussée, vous disposerez d'un salon sur cuisine ouverte, une chambre (lit de 140) et une SDB avec wc et douche italienne, une pièce (machine à laver ainsi qu'une véranda (store banne) et une terrasse. A l'étage, une chambre (lit de 140). Une salle de bain et une chambre sont en travaux donc condamnées pendant le séjour. Supermarchés, boulangeries, épiceries, tabac… situés entre 5 et 10 KM (Saint-Sauveur, Toucy, Mézilles). Draps, linge de maison fournis. Chauffage électrique, (compris jusqu'à 20 kwh/jour – facturé en sus au-delà). Barbecue Beaucoup d'activités, proche de Guédelon, proche du lac du Bourdon (baignade, pédalo, paddle, planche à voile, pêche…) accrobranche, divers châteaux à visiter, nombreux chemins de randonnées, pays du bon vin (Chablis ,Sancerre, Coulange-la-Vineuse, Irancy ) tous ces domaines dans un rayon de 30 à 60 Km.

The gite du poyaudin is located in a small hamlet with a view over the valley. Im Erdgeschoss verfügen Sie über ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 140) und ein Badezimmer mit WC und italienischer Dusche, einen Raum (Waschmaschine) sowie eine Veranda (Markise) und eine Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 140 cm). Ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer werden gerade renoviert, sodass sie während des Aufenthalts nicht zugänglich sind. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Tabakwarengeschäfte… befinden sich zwischen 5 und 10 km entfernt (Saint-Sauveur, Toucy, Mézilles). Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Elektrische Heizung (bis 20 kwh/Tag im Preis inbegriffen – darüber hinaus wird sie extra berechnet).
