Non compris : taxe de séjour et ménage fin de séjour (caution 90€). Petit animal accepté sur demande.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (convertible sofa bed 160×200), 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 80×200 with private shower room and separate WC, 2: bed 160×200), shower room and separate WC. Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, cot/chair and Senseo coffee maker. No washing machine (launderette 500 m away). Included: electricity, aerothermal heating, bed linen, towels. Not included: tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning (deposit 90?). Small pets accepted on request.
