Rez de chaussée : composé d'un hall (pratique pour y déposer son matériel de plage, vélos,…) d'un espace bureau et d'une buanderie (WC, lavabo, lave-linge et rangements). 1er étage : pièce à vivre climatisée, avec cuisine aménagée et équipée, un cellier et les salon (TV, banquette convertible matelas futon, meubles, table et chaises). 2ème étage : une salle d'eau (WC, douche, lavabo et rangements), une chambre climatisée donnant sur un toit terrasse offrant la possibilité de petit-déjeuner ou apéro à l'extérieur. Draps et serviettes fournis. Logement non fumeur, pas de fêtes ni de soirées. A savoir : arrivée entre 17h et 22h et départ 11h.

Ground floor: composed of a hall (practical to deposit your beach equipment, bicycles,…) an office space and a laundry room (WC, washbasin, washing machine and storage). 1st floor: air-conditioned living room, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a storeroom and the living room (TV, convertible futon mattress, furniture, table and chairs). 2nd floor: a shower room (WC, shower, sink and storage), an air-conditioned bedroom opening onto a roof terrace offering the possibility of breakfast or aperitif outside. Sheets and towels provided. Non-smoking accommodation, no parties. To know : arrival between 5pm and 10pm and departure 11am.

Erdgeschoss: besteht aus einer Halle (praktisch, um Strandausrüstung, Fahrräder, … zu deponieren), einem Bürobereich und einer Waschküche (WC, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Stauraum). 1. Stock: Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage, Einbauküche, Speisekammer und Wohnzimmer (TV, ausziehbare Bank mit Futonmatratze, Möbel, Tisch und Stühle). 2. Stock: Badezimmer (WC, Dusche, Waschbecken und Schränke), klimatisiertes Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einer Dachterrasse, die die Möglichkeit bietet, draußen zu frühstücken oder einen Aperitif zu genießen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Nichtraucherunterkunft, keine Partys oder Abendveranstaltungen. Hinweis: Anreise zwischen 17:00 und 22:00 Uhr, Abreise 11:00 Uhr.

Begane grond: bestaat uit een hal (praktisch voor het opbergen van strandspullen, fietsen, enz.), een kantoorruimte en een wasruimte (WC, wastafel, wasmachine en bergruimte). 1ste verdieping: woonkamer met airconditioning, ingerichte en uitgeruste keuken, berging en salon (TV, slaapbank, meubels, tafel en stoelen). 2e verdieping: een doucheruimte (WC, douche, wastafel en bergruimte), een slaapkamer met airconditioning die uitkomt op een dakterras waar men buiten kan ontbijten of aperitieven. Lakens en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Niet roken, geen feestjes. Let op: aankomst tussen 17.00 en 22.00 uur en vertrek om 11.00 uur.

Planta baja: compuesta por un vestíbulo (práctico para guardar el equipo de playa, las bicicletas, etc.), una zona de despacho y un lavadero (WC, lavabo, lavadora y espacio de almacenamiento). 1ª planta: salón climatizado, con cocina amueblada y equipada, un trastero y el salón (TV, colchón futón convertible, muebles, mesa y sillas). 2ª planta: un cuarto de ducha (WC, ducha, lavabo y espacio de almacenamiento), un dormitorio con aire acondicionado que da a una terraza en la azotea que ofrece la posibilidad de desayunar o tomar un aperitivo en el exterior. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. No se puede fumar ni hacer fiestas. Atención: llegada entre las 17 y las 22 horas y salida a las 11 horas.

Piano terra: composto da un ingresso (pratico per riporre attrezzature da spiaggia, biciclette, ecc.), una zona ufficio e una lavanderia (WC, lavabo, lavatrice e spazio per riporre le cose). 1° piano: soggiorno climatizzato, con cucina attrezzata, ripostiglio e salotto (TV, materasso futon trasformabile, mobili, tavolo e sedie). 2° piano: un bagno con doccia (WC, doccia, lavabo e ripostiglio), una camera da letto climatizzata che si apre su una terrazza sul tetto che offre la possibilità di fare colazione o un aperitivo all'aperto. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. Non si fuma e non si fanno feste. Attenzione: arrivo tra le 17.00 e le 22.00 e partenza alle 11.00.
