Il est idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Lons, au 1er étage d’une copropriété rénovée, au calme, en cour intérieure. Le logement, avec une entrée indépendante, se compose d’une cuisine équipée, d’un espace repas-salon-bureau, d’une chambre à demi cloisonnée (avec 2 lits jumeaux pouvant être rapprochés), d’une salle d’eau avec WC. Vous trouverez à proximité tous les commerces d’alimentation et autres, lieux culturels et de loisirs, bars, restaurants… Et serez à 10 min à pied de la gare et des thermes. J’ai soigné la décoration et l’aménagement pour faire de cet appartement un lieu accueillant, paisible et confortable, pour vous reposer et/ou travailler.

The flat, with its own entrance, comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining/living/office area, a half-partitioned bedroom (with 2 twin beds that can be moved closer together) and a shower room with WC. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need, as well as cultural and leisure facilities, bars and restaurants… And you're only a 10-minute walk from the station and the thermal baths. I've taken great care to decorate and furnish this flat to make it a welcoming, peaceful and comfortable place to rest and/or work.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang besteht aus einer ausgestatteten Küche, einem Ess-, Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich, einem halb abgetrennten Schlafzimmer (mit 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können) und einem Badezimmer mit WC. In der Nähe finden Sie alle Lebensmittel- und sonstigen Geschäfte, Kultur- und Freizeitangebote, Bars, Restaurants… Der Bahnhof und die Thermalbäder sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich habe mich um die Dekoration und die Einrichtung gekümmert, um aus dieser Wohnung einen einladenden, friedlichen und komfortablen Ort zu machen, an dem Sie sich ausruhen und/oder arbeiten können.

In de buurt vind je alle winkels die je nodig hebt voor boodschappen en andere goederen, culturele en recreatieve voorzieningen, bars en restaurants En je bent maar 10 minuten lopen van het station en de thermale baden. Ik heb deze flat met veel zorg ingericht om er een gastvrije, rustige en comfortabele plek van te maken om te ontspannen en/of te werken.
