In the Risle Valley, at the Hostellerie du Lion d’Or, member of the Logis de France network, the chef Eric Roy offers high quality, traditional dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal produce served in the dining room of a former coaching inn dating back to 1686. Examples of what you can find on the menu: Cockle risotto with red mullet and virgin olive oil, Chicken thigh with cream, apple and calvados sauce, thin crust apple pie with warm honey, etc. On sunny days, you will love sitting the terrace overlooking the garden.
