La forge du Rosay et une ancienne forge, comme son nom l'indique, entre bois et vieille pierre, existante depuis 1821, rénovée tout au long de ces années avec son charme et son authenticité préservée. Franck, son propriétaire, cuisinier de métier, amoureux des terroirs du Jura, saura vous accueillir et vous restaurer afin que vous faire profiter au mieux de cette maison aux charmes simples. (La cuisine n'est pas à la disposition des clients pour cuisiner sois même, mais nous proposons un réfrigérateur pour nos hôtes qui souhaite mettre leur pique-nique ou autres achats souvenirs au frais). Endroit où l'on pourra également se détendre dans un Jacuzzi bien chaud, (forfait SPA 12 € /20 minutes) puis se relaxer dans la grande véranda donnant vue magnifique sur les falaises du Rosay. La forge du Rosay is an old forge, as its name suggests, between wood and old stone, existing since 1821, renovated throughout these years with its charm and authenticity preserved. Franck, the owner, a chef by trade and a lover of the Jura terroirs, will welcome you and help you make the most of this house with its simple charms. (The kitchen is not available for guests to cook for themselves, but we do have a fridge for guests who want to keep their picnics or other souvenirs cool). You can also relax in the hot Jacuzzi (SPA package €12/20 minutes) and then unwind on the large veranda with its magnificent view of the Rosay cliffs. La forge du Rosay und eine alte Schmiede, wie der Name schon sagt, zwischen Holz und altem Stein, existiert seit 1821 und wurde im Laufe der Jahre mit ihrem Charme und ihrer bewahrten Authentizität renoviert. Franck, der Besitzer, ein gelernter Koch und Liebhaber des Jura, wird Sie empfangen und bewirten, damit Sie das Beste aus diesem Haus mit seinem einfachen Charme machen können. (Die Küche steht den Gästen nicht zur Verfügung, um selbst zu kochen, aber wir bieten einen Kühlschrank für unsere Gäste, die ihr Picknick oder andere Souvenirs kühl stellen möchten). Hier können Sie sich auch im warmen Jacuzzi entspannen (SPA-Paket 12 € / 20 Minuten) und anschließend auf der großen Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf die Klippen von Le Rosay relaxen. La forge du Rosay is een oude smederij, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, tussen hout en oude steen, bestaand sinds 1821, in al die jaren gerenoveerd met behoud van zijn charme en authenticiteit. Franck, de eigenaar, kok van beroep en liefhebber van de terroirs van de Jura, zal je verwelkomen en je helpen optimaal te genieten van dit huis met zijn eenvoudige charmes. (De keuken is niet beschikbaar voor gasten om zelf te koken, maar we hebben wel een koelkast voor gasten die hun picknick of andere souvenirs koel willen houden). Je kunt ook ontspannen in de warme jacuzzi (SPA-arrangement 12 /20 minuten) en daarna tot rust komen in de grote veranda met een prachtig uitzicht op de kliffen van Rosay. La forge du Rosay es una antigua fragua, como su nombre indica, entre madera y piedra antigua, existente desde 1821, renovada a lo largo de estos años conservando su encanto y autenticidad. Franck, el propietario, cocinero de profesión y amante de los terruños del Jura, le dará la bienvenida y le ayudará a disfrutar al máximo de esta casa de encanto sencillo. (La cocina no está a disposición de los huéspedes para cocinar, pero tenemos una nevera para los huéspedes que quieran mantener frescos sus picnics u otros recuerdos). También podrá relajarse en el jacuzzi caliente (paquete SPA 12€/20 minutos) y luego descansar en la gran veranda con sus magníficas vistas de los acantilados del Rosay. La forge du Rosay è un'antica fucina, come suggerisce il nome, tra legno e pietra antica, esistente dal 1821, ristrutturata nel corso di questi anni conservando il suo fascino e la sua autenticità. Franck, il proprietario, cuoco di professione e amante dei terroir del Giura, vi accoglierà e vi aiuterà a sfruttare al meglio questa casa dal fascino semplice. (La cucina non è a disposizione degli ospiti per cucinare da soli, ma abbiamo un frigorifero per gli ospiti che vogliono tenere al fresco i loro picnic o altri souvenir). Potrete anche rilassarvi nella vasca idromassaggio calda (pacchetto SPA 12 ? / 20 minuti) e poi rilassarvi nell'ampia veranda con la sua magnifica vista sulle scogliere di Rosay.
