Soirée "Périples Gatronomiques" : Cuisine du Levant et Arts d'Asie centrale – 13-03-2027 – Osserain-Rivareyte

Ces périples consistent en des buffets dinatoires de cuisines d'ailleurs accompagnés d’art ou de musique des pays ou des régions concernées. Ce troisème périple gastronomique sera centré sur le Levant. L’inscription à chacun de ces périples gastronomiques est obligatoire (minimum une semaine en avance) et les places sont limitées. Chaque repas comportera des plats pour tous les goûts (végé, vegan, sans gluten etc).

These culinary journeys consist of dinner buffets featuring cuisines from around the world, accompanied by art or music from the respective countries or regions. This third culinary journey will focus on the Levant. Registration for each of these gastronomic events is required (at least one week in advance), and space is limited. Each meal will feature dishes to suit all tastes (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).

Diese „Periplen“ bestehen aus Abendbuffets mit Gerichten aus anderen Ländern, begleitet von Kunst oder Musik aus den jeweiligen Ländern oder Regionen. Diese dritte gastronomische „Periple“ steht ganz im Zeichen der Levante. Eine Anmeldung für jede dieser gastronomischen Reisen ist erforderlich (mindestens eine Woche im Voraus) und die Plätze sind begrenzt. Jedes Menü umfasst Gerichte für jeden Geschmack (vegetarisch, vegan, glutenfrei usw.).

Deze derde gastronomische reis staat in het teken van de Levant. Inschrijving voor elk van deze gastronomische reizen is verplicht (minimaal een week van tevoren) en het aantal plaatsen is beperkt. Elke maaltijd biedt gerechten voor alle smaken (vegetarisch, veganistisch, glutenvrij enz.).

Esta tercera aventura gastronómica se centrará en el Levante. Es obligatorio inscribirse en cada uno de estos viajes gastronómicos (con al menos una semana de antelación) y las plazas son limitadas. Cada comida incluirá platos para todos los gustos (vegetarianos, veganos, sin gluten, etc.).

Queste esperienze gastronomiche consistono in cene a buffet a base di cucine internazionali, accompagnate da opere d’arte o musica dei paesi o delle regioni in questione. Questa terza esperienza gastronomica sarà dedicata al Levante. L’iscrizione a ciascuno di questi percorsi gastronomici è obbligatoria (con almeno una settimana di anticipo) e i posti sono limitati. Ogni pasto comprenderà piatti per tutti i gusti (vegetariani, vegani, senza glutine, ecc.).
