L'association Pays'Sage reprend du service et vous donne rendez-vous en 2026 pour les Bistrots d'Hiver !
Des rencontres en 3 temps :
11h : Apéro-Tchatche – Gratuit
Durant une heure, les participants échangent autour de thématiques d’actualité.
12h30 : Déjeuner
Saison après saison, les chefs (auberges ou foodtrucks) proposent des menus mettant à l’honneur les spécialités culinaires et les produits du terroir.
15h : Instant culture : place au spectacle vivant Les Bistrots d'Hiver le 11 janvier à Saint-Georges-Nigremont, au programme :
> 11h : Gilles PALLIER, biologiste et ornithologue passionné "Les oiseaux du printemps" à la mairie (salle du conseil)
>12h30 : Crêperie la Montagne Noire ; Réservation au 09 75 78 74 01
> 15h : MUSIQUE CLASSIQUE TRIO à l'église, Laurence ROUMET au piano, Luc CAUDY à la clarinette, André TAUPIN au violoncelle

Meetings in 3 parts:
11 a.m.: Apéro-Tchatche – Free
For an hour, participants exchange ideas on topical issues.
12:30: Lunch
Season after season, chefs (inns or foodtrucks) propose menus featuring culinary specialties and local produce.
3 p.m.: A moment of culture: time for live entertainment Les Bistrots d'Hiver on January 11 at Saint-Georges-Nigremont:
>11am: Gilles PALLIER, biologist and passionate ornithologist "Spring birds" at the town hall (council chamber)
>12:30pm: Crêperie la Montagne Noire; Reservations on 09 75 78 74 01
>3pm: MUSIQUE CLASSIQUE TRIO at the church, Laurence ROUMET on piano, Luc CAUDY on clarinet, André TAUPIN on cello

Treffen in drei Phasen:

Eine Stunde lang tauschen sich die Teilnehmer über aktuelle Themen aus.
12.30 Uhr: Mittagessen
Saison für Saison bieten Köche (Gasthäuser oder Foodtrucks) Menüs an, in denen kulinarische Spezialitäten und regionale Produkte im Mittelpunkt stehen.
15.00 Uhr: Kultur: Bühne frei für Live-Aufführungen Les Bistrots d'Hiver am 11. Januar in Saint-Georges-Nigremont, auf dem Programm:
> 11 Uhr: Gilles PALLIER, Biologe und begeisterter Ornithologe "Die Vögel des Frühlings" im Rathaus (Ratssaal)
