Nach einem fein ziselierten Text von Victor Haïm hat die Regisseurin diesem Stück, in dem das Pflanzliche neben dem Tierischen steht, ein Lichtkleid gestickt. Die in einer Porzellansuppenterrine servierte Suppe behält dennoch den vom Kochtopf geerbten verbrannten Geschmack. Und dann ist da noch dieses nervtötende Insekt, das im Kreis läuft und die Geschmacksknospen und den Geist anregt.
