Around a wooden counter in the shape of a giant mouth, forty of you sit ready to hear a culinary story, from birth to death, of that organ we all have but rarely talk about: the mouth! Invented in collaboration with culinary author Miske Alhaouthou, food and drink create a gustatory landscape, magnified by texts from both the classical and contemporary repertoires. Der dritte Teil des kulinarischen Triptychons der Compagnie Dérézo (Brest) ist eine Inszenierung, die sich um ein höchst ungewöhnliches Abendessen dreht. An einer hölzernen Theke in Form eines riesigen Mundes sitzen 40 Personen und bereiten sich darauf vor, eine kulinarische Geschichte von der Geburt bis zum Tod zu hören, die sich um das Organ dreht, das wir alle haben und von dem nur selten die Rede ist: den Mund!
