L’exposition le Petit Peuple des Murs autour de l’art urbain ou street art aborde une thématique très actuelle : l’art dans la rue. Les artistes choisis travaillent sur les murs de nombreuses villes du monde et leurs interventions sont maintenant reconnues comme de véritables œuvres artistiques, notamment à travers les commandes publiques qu’ils reçoivent. L’exposition présente des artistes du “street art” avec un hommage à Keith Haring, l’un des précurseurs des années 80 et neuf autres plus contemporains comme : Speedy Graphito, Invader, Jef Aerosol, Jérôme Mesnager, Mosko, Nemo, Paella Chimicos, Oakoak, Monsieur Chat. Artesens a sélectionné, parmi les clichés du photographe Gérard Faure qui a côtoyé de près la plupart de ces artistes, une photographie bien représentative du travail de chacun en milieu urbain.
