Geister Duo David Salmon, piano Manuel Vieillard, piano Unanimement remarqués pour leur symbiose artistique et sonore, David Salmon et Manuel Vieillard sont considérés comme l’un des duos les plus prometteurs de leur génération. Récompensés en 2019 par le 2e prix de l’International Schubert Compétition for piano duet en République tchèque et le 1er prix et prix du public au Concours International de piano à 4 mains de Monaco, ils remportent en 2021 le premier prix du Concours International de l’ARD Munich, véritable consécration pour le duo de piano, ainsi que 5 prix spéciaux. En 2024, leurs projets les mènent à jouer le Concerto pour deux pianos de Poulenc avec l’Orchestre National d’Île-de-France/Ainars Rubikis à la Salle Pierre Boulez de la Philharmonie de Paris, les Concertos pour 2 & 3 pianos de Mozart avec l’Orchestre National de Lille/Alexander Bloch, ainsi que des débuts avec le HR-Sinfonieorchester de Francfort dans le Carnaval des Animaux de Saint-Saëns. En récital, on les retrouve à la Philharmonie de Berlin, au Konzerthaus de Berlin, à l’ElbPhilharmonie de Hambourg, au NDR Funkhaus de Hanovre et à la Robert-Schumann Saal de Düsseldorf, mais aussi à la Seine Musicale, au Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, au Festival International de la Roque d’Anthéron, au Bozar de Bruxelles, à Piano à Lyon, à la Folle Journée de Nantes ainsi qu’à la Folle Journée du Japon.

In 2019, they were awarded 2nd prize at the International Schubert Competition for piano duet in the Czech Republic and 1st prize and audience prize at the Monaco International 4-Handed Piano Competition. In 2021, they won first prize at the ARD Munich International Competition, a true consecration for the piano duo, as well as 5 special prizes. In 2024, their projects take them to perform Poulenc?s Concerto for Two Pianos with the Orchestre National d?Île-de-France/Ainars Rubikis at the Salle Pierre Boulez in the Philharmonie de Paris, Mozart?s Concertos for 2 & 3 Pianos with the Orchestre National de Lille/Alexander Bloch, and a debut with the Frankfurt HR-Sinfonieorchester in Saint-Saëns?s Carnaval des Animaux. Geister Duo David Salmon, Klavier Manuel Vieillard, Klavier David Salmon und Manuel Vieillard wurden einstimmig für ihre künstlerische und klangliche Symbiose gelobt und gelten als eines der vielversprechendsten Duos ihrer Generation. Preis bei der International Schubert Competition for piano duet in der Tschechischen Republik und den 1. Preis und Publikumspreis beim Internationalen Klavierwettbewerb zu vier Händen in Monaco. 2021 gewannen sie den 1. Preis beim Internationalen Wettbewerb der ARD München, eine echte Krönung für das Klavierduo, sowie 5 Sonderpreise. Im Jahr 2024 werden sie Poulencs Konzert für zwei Klaviere mit dem Orchestre National d'Île-de-France/Ainars Rubikis in der Salle Pierre Boulez der Pariser Philharmonie spielen, Mozarts Konzerte für 2 & 3 Klaviere mit dem Orchestre National de Lille/Alexander Bloch, sowie ein Debüt mit dem HR-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt in Saint-Saëns' Karneval der Tiere. In Recitals waren sie in der Berliner Philharmonie, im Konzerthaus Berlin, in der Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, im NDR Funkhaus Hannover und im Robert-Schumann Saal Düsseldorf zu hören, aber auch in La Seine Musicale, im Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, beim Festival International de la Roque d'Anthéron, im Bozar Brüssel, bei Piano à Lyon, bei der Folle Journée de Nantes und bei der Folle Journée du Japon.
