Le soir, il nous engage dans la vie (et la mort annoncée) de son parlange, cette langue qui le constitue et l’accompagne depuis sa plus tendre enfance. L’après-midi, il rejoint un parterre de personnes engagées pour faire vivre la notion de « patrimoine » en dehors des rapports de domination mortifères. Yannick Jaulin sera associé à Alexis Mazade et Daniel-Odon Hurel qui agissent en Haut-Limousin à Villefavard et au Dorat, et à Odile Pradem-Faure qui agit au niveau européen avec l’association des grands lieux patrimoniaux labelisés CCR. Car, oui, le patrimoine local c’est important, ça nous aide à nous construire. Mais lequel ? Pourquoi ? Et comment ?
