Dans le cadre de l’Année photographique, le musée des Beaux-Arts expose ses récentes acquisitions photographiques – Jin dyxphori de JIN est un portfolio réunissant la trace photographique de l'ensemble d'installations, réalisées par l'artiste dans un lieu Art Déco. Mettant en œuvre des matériaux divers, trouvés ou fabriqués, tels qu’un piano, des vêtements, des traverses de chemin de fer, le récit qui se tisse d’une pièce à l’autre rend hommage au film de genre fantastique, allant du giallo au film d'épouvante. L’atmosphère de dyxphori oscille entre obscurité et grand-guignol, et un esprit joueur et théâtral préside aux agencements in situ.

As part of the Year of Photography, the Musée des Beaux-Arts is exhibiting its recent photographic acquisitions – Jin dyxphori by JIN is a portfolio of photographic traces of a series of installations created by the artist in an Art Deco venue. Using a variety of found and fabricated materials, such as a piano, clothes and railroad sleepers, the narrative that weaves its way from one room to the next pays homage to the fantastic film genre, from giallo to horror. The dyxphori atmosphere oscillates between darkness and grand-guignol, and a playful, theatrical spirit presides over the in situ arrangements.

Im Rahmen des Fotografischen Jahres stellt das Museum der Schönen Künste seine jüngsten fotografischen Erwerbungen aus – Jin dyxphori von JIN ist ein Portfolio, das die fotografischen Aufzeichnungen einer Reihe von Installationen enthält, die der Künstler in einem Art-Deco-Gebäude realisiert hat. Die Geschichte, die von einem Raum zum anderen gesponnen wird, ist eine Hommage an den fantastischen Genrefilm, der vom Giallo bis zum Horrorfilm reicht, und besteht aus verschiedenen gefundenen oder hergestellten Materialien wie einem Klavier, Kleidung und Eisenbahnschwellen. Utilizando diversos materiales, tanto encontrados como manufacturados, como un piano, ropa y traviesas de ferrocarril, la narración que teje su camino de una habitación a otra rinde homenaje al género cinematográfico fantástico, desde el giallo al terror. La atmósfera de dyxphori oscila entre la oscuridad y el grand-guignol, y un espíritu lúdico y teatral preside los arreglos in situ.
