Pour sa saison estivale 2025, la Maison Carrée de Nay accueille une exposition exceptionnelle : la toute première rétrospective consacrée à Jean Barthet (1920-2000), le plus célèbre modiste français du XXe siècle. Conçue en collaboration avec son fils, Alexandre Barthet, cette exposition rend hommage à un créateur de génie, natif de Nay, qui a marqué de son élégance et de sa modernité l’histoire de la mode pendant plus de quarante ans.

For its 2025 summer season, the Maison Carrée de Nay is hosting an exceptional exhibition: the very first retrospective devoted to Jean Barthet (1920-2000), the most famous French milliner of the 20th century. Conceived in collaboration with his son, Alexandre Barthet, this exhibition pays tribute to the genius of a Nay-born designer whose elegance and modernity marked the history of fashion for over forty years.

In der Sommersaison 2025 beherbergt das Maison Carrée in Nay eine außergewöhnliche Ausstellung: die allererste Retrospektive, die Jean Barthet (1920-2000), dem berühmtesten französischen Modisten des 20. Jahrhunderts, gewidmet ist. Jahrhunderts. Die Ausstellung wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit seinem Sohn Alexandre Barthet konzipiert und ist eine Hommage an einen genialen Designer aus Nay, der die Modegeschichte über vierzig Jahre lang mit seiner Eleganz und Modernität geprägt hat.
