<p>Cette conférence-dégustation propose de découvrir la figure méconnue du chanoine Kir, personnage emblématique à l’origine de l’un des apéritifs les plus célèbres de France. Animée par Pierre Venturelli, historien du vin et conteur passionné, la rencontre retrace le parcours singulier de cet homme haut en couleur, à la fois curé de campagne, maire de Dijon et député. </p><p><br></p><p>À travers anecdotes historiques et récit vivant, le public est invité à mieux comprendre son héritage culturel et populaire. <p>This lecture-tasting explores the little-known figure of Canon Kir, the emblematic figure behind one of France?s most famous aperitifs. Hosted by Pierre Venturelli, wine historian and passionate storyteller, the event retraces the singular career of this colorful man, who was at once a country priest, mayor of Dijon and member of parliament. </p><p><br></p><p>Through historical anecdotes and lively storytelling, the audience is invited to gain a better understanding of his cultural and popular heritage. The event concludes with a convivial tasting session, and is part of a solidarity initiative in support of a local cultural project: the funds raised will be donated to the Le Vigan en Quercy association, a non-profit organization recognized as being in the public interest, and the bearer of the Parcours Sonore du Vigan-en-Quercy.</p>
