Comprising three musicians from seemingly disparate cultures, Komasi boldly blends rock, cumbia and afrobeat. Between Africa and Latin America, from Paris and around the world, the power trio sends out organic, global and festive rock, a veritable fusion of Mandingo and Andean accents, where the multilingual verses of Koto Brawa and Mauricio Santana are harmonized with precision. Sharing cultures is at the heart of the project, with each member bringing his or her own heritage and influences to the table, as a superb illustration of the richness that comes from blending?

Komasi besteht aus drei Musikern, die aus auf den ersten Blick weit entfernten Kulturen stammen, und vermischt kühn Rock, Cumbia und Afrobeat. Zwischen Afrika und Lateinamerika, von Paris aus und in die ganze Welt sendet das Power-Trio einen organischen, globalen und festlichen Rock, eine wahre Fusion mit Mandingo- und Anden-Akzenten, in der die Mehrsprachigkeit der Verse von Koto Brawa und Mauricio Santana treffend harmoniert. Der Austausch der Kulturen steht im Mittelpunkt des Projekts, in dem jeder sein Erbe und seine Einflüsse einbringt, was den Reichtum, der durch die Vermischung entsteht, eindrucksvoll verdeutlicht
