Chaque année, le troisième dimanche de Novembre, a lieu la fameuse Vente aux Enchères des Vins des Hospices de Beaune. Pour cette occasion, la Maison Patriarche organise le samedi et le dimanche, une dégustation spéciale où vins d'exceptions et vieux millésimes sont proposés aux visiteurs. LE CAVEAU DES 10 ANS Cette année 2025, la Bourgogne célèbre les 10 ans de l'inscription des Climats de Bourgogne au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. La Maison Patriarche, en sa qualité de Grand Mécène Fondateur de l'association des Climats, a souhaité s'inscrire dans cette année anniversaire. C'est ainsi que 30 ans après la fermeture de son dernier caveau, l'un des celliers historiques du Couvent des Sœurs de la Visitation sera scellé pour les 10 prochaines années, renfermant 972 bouteilles et 60 magnums millésimés 2015, représentatifs des plus beaux climats de nos deux Côtes. Sur invitation, cette cérémonie de clôture aura lieu le vendredi 14 novembre 2025. Cependant, vous pourrez non seulement admirer ce "Caveau des 10 ans" lors de la visite, mais aussi et surtout, déguster 2 des flacons qui seront confinés ! Every year, on the third Sunday in November, the famous Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction takes place. To mark the occasion, Maison Patriarche organises a special tasting on Saturday and Sunday, where visitors are invited to taste exceptional wines and old vintages. THE 10-YEAR CELLAR This year, 2025, Burgundy celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Climats de Bourgogne being declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Maison Patriarche, in its capacity as Founding Grand Patron of the Climats association, wanted to be part of this anniversary year. So, 30 years after the closure of its last cellar, one of the historic cellars of the Convent of the Sisters of the Visitation will be sealed for the next 10 years, containing 972 bottles and 60 magnums vintage 2015, representative of the finest climats of our two Côtes. By invitation, this closing ceremony will take place on Friday 14 November 2025. However, you will not only be able to admire this "10-year cellar" during the visit, but also and above all, taste 2 of the bottles that will be confined! Jedes Jahr am dritten Sonntag im November findet die berühmte Auktion der Weine der Hospices de Beaune statt. Zu diesem Anlass veranstaltet das Haus Patriarche am Samstag und Sonntag eine besondere Weinprobe, bei der den Besuchern außergewöhnliche Weine und alte Jahrgänge angeboten werden. DER WEINKELLER DES 10-JÄHRIGEN JUBILÄUMS In diesem Jahr 2025 feiert Burgund das 10-jährige Jubiläum der Aufnahme der Climats de Bourgogne in das UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Das Maison Patriarche möchte sich als Gründungsgroßmäzen der Association des Climats an diesem Jubiläumsjahr beteiligen. So wird 30 Jahre nach der Schließung seines letzten Weinkellers einer der historischen Weinkeller des Klosters der Schwestern der Heimsuchung für die nächsten 10 Jahre versiegelt. Er enthält 972 Flaschen und 60 Magnumflaschen des Jahrgangs 2015, die die schönsten Lagen unserer beiden Côtes repräsentieren. Auf Einladung wird diese Abschlusszeremonie am Freitag, den 14. Cada año, el tercer domingo de noviembre, tiene lugar la famosa subasta de vinos de los Hospices de Beaune. Para celebrar la ocasión, la Maison Patriarche organiza una degustación especial el sábado y el domingo, en la que se invita a los visitantes a catar vinos excepcionales y añadas antiguas. LA BODEGA DE LOS 10 AÑOS Este año 2025, Borgoña celebra el 10º aniversario de la declaración de los Climats de Bourgogne como Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO. La Maison Patriarche, en su calidad de Gran Patrocinador Fundador de la asociación Climats, ha querido formar parte de este año de aniversario. Así, 30 años después del cierre de su última bodega, una de las bodegas históricas del Couvent des Sœurs de la Visitation permanecerá sellada durante los próximos 10 años, conteniendo 972 botellas y 60 magnums cosecha 2015, representativas de los mejores climats de nuestros dos Côtes. Ogni anno, la terza domenica di novembre, si svolge la famosa Asta dei vini degli Hospices de Beaune. Per l'occasione, la Maison Patriarche organizza una degustazione speciale il sabato e la domenica, dove i visitatori sono invitati a degustare vini eccezionali e vecchie annate. LA CANTINA DEI 10 ANNI Quest'anno, 2025, la Borgogna celebra il 10° anniversario della dichiarazione dei Climats de Bourgogne a Patrimonio dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO. La Maison Patriarche, in qualità di Gran Mecenate fondatore dell'associazione dei Climats, ha voluto partecipare a questo anniversario. Così, a 30 anni dalla chiusura della sua ultima cantina, una delle cantine storiche del Couvent des S?urs de la Visitation sarà sigillata per i prossimi 10 anni, contenendo 972 bottiglie e 60 magnum dell'annata 2015, rappresentative dei migliori climats delle nostre due Côtes. La cerimonia di chiusura, su invito, avrà luogo venerdì 14 novembre 2025.
