Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy est le successeur de Pierre Overnoy. Nos vignes sont travaillées en agriculture biologique et biodynamie. En cave, nos vins sont élevés et mis en bouteilles sans ajout de soufre ni autre chimie. Dégustation possible sur rendez-vous.

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy is the successor of Pierre Overnoy. Our vines are worked in organic and biodynamic agriculture. In the cellar, our wines are matured and bottled without the addition of sulphur or other chemicals. Tasting possible by appointment.

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy ist der Nachfolger von Pierre Overnoy. Unsere Weinberge werden biologisch und biodynamisch bewirtschaftet. Im Keller werden unsere Weine ohne Zusatz von Schwefel oder anderen Chemikalien ausgebaut und abgefüllt. Weinproben sind nach Absprache möglich.

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy is de opvolger van Pierre Overnoy. Onze wijnstokken worden bewerkt in biologische en biodynamische landbouw. In de kelder worden onze wijnen gerijpt en gebotteld zonder toevoeging van zwavel of andere chemicaliën. Proeverij mogelijk op afspraak.

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy es el sucesor de Pierre Overnoy. Nuestras viñas se trabajan en agricultura ecológica y biodinámica. En la bodega, nuestros vinos se maduran y se embotellan sin añadir azufre ni otros productos químicos. Posibilidad de degustación con cita previa.

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy è il successore di Pierre Overnoy. Le nostre vigne sono lavorate in agricoltura biologica e biodinamica. In cantina, i nostri vini vengono maturati e imbottigliati senza l'aggiunta di zolfo o altre sostanze chimiche. Degustazione possibile su appuntamento.
