Paysanne herboriste, je sème, je cultive et je cueille des plantes aromatiques et médicinales de façon raisonnée. Par mes pratiques, j'essaye de respecter au maximum la nature qui m'entoure. Je travaille manuellement, de la graine au produit fini en prenant grand soin de la qualité des plantes. Les récoltes s'adaptent à ce que la terre peut offrir. Je prends plaisir à transformer ces plantes en infusions, sirops et gelées pour ravir vos papilles et agrémenter vos plats. Visite du jardin en juillet et août le samedi matin à 10h sur réservation. La gamme s'agrandira bientôt avec des alcoolatures et la gemmothérapie. Et parce que ce projet de vie ne se fait pas seule, mon conjoint produit également du miel.

As a farmer-herbalist, I sow, grow and harvest aromatic and medicinal plants in a sustainable way. Through my practices, I try to respect the natural world around me as much as possible. I work by hand, from seed to finished product, taking great care to ensure the quality of the plants. Harvests are adapted to what the earth can offer. I take pleasure in transforming these plants into infusions, syrups and jellies to delight your taste buds and enhance your dishes. Visits to the garden in July and August on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. by prior arrangement. The range will soon be extended to include alcoholic spirits and gemmotherapy. And because we can't do this alone, my husband also produces honey.

Als Kräuterbäuerin säe, pflanze und pflücke ich Kräuter und Heilpflanzen auf vernünftige Weise. Mit meinen Praktiken versuche ich, die Natur, die mich umgibt, so weit wie möglich zu respektieren. Ich arbeite manuell, vom Samen bis zum Endprodukt, und achte dabei sehr auf die Qualität der Pflanzen. Die Ernten passen sich dem an, was der Boden zu bieten hat. Es macht mir Spaß, diese Pflanzen zu Kräutertees, Sirupen und Gelees zu verarbeiten, um Ihren Gaumen zu erfreuen und Ihre Gerichte zu verfeinern. Besichtigung des Gartens im Juli und August am Samstagmorgen um 10 Uhr nach vorheriger Anmeldung. Das Angebot wird sich bald um Alkoholika und Gemmotherapie erweitern. Und weil dieses Lebensprojekt nicht allein zu bewältigen ist, produziert mein Partner auch Honig.

Als boer-herborist zaai, kweek en verzamel ik aromatische en geneeskrachtige planten op een duurzame manier. In mijn werk probeer ik de natuur om me heen zoveel mogelijk te respecteren. Ik werk met de hand, van zaadje tot eindproduct, waarbij ik veel zorg besteed aan de kwaliteit van de planten. De oogsten worden aangepast aan wat het land te bieden heeft. Met veel plezier verwerk ik deze planten in infusies, siropen en gelei om je smaakpapillen te verwennen en je gerechten te verrijken. Bezoek aan de tuin in juli en augustus op zaterdagochtend om 10 uur, op afspraak. Het aanbod wordt binnenkort uitgebreid met alcoholische dranken en gemmotherapie. En omdat we dit niet alleen kunnen, produceert mijn man ook honing.

Trabajo a mano, desde la semilla hasta el producto acabado, cuidando mucho la calidad de las plantas. Las cosechas se adaptan a lo que ofrece la tierra. Me complace transformar estas plantas en infusiones, jarabes y jaleas para deleitar su paladar y realzar sus platos. Visitas al huerto en julio y agosto los sábados por la mañana a las 10h, con cita previa. La oferta se ampliará próximamente a bebidas alcohólicas y gemoterapia. Y como no podemos hacerlo solos, mi marido también produce miel.

Attraverso le mie pratiche, cerco di rispettare il più possibile il mondo naturale che mi circonda. Lavoro a mano, dal seme al prodotto finito, facendo molta attenzione alla qualità delle piante. I raccolti sono adattati a ciò che la terra offre. Mi piace molto trasformare queste piante in infusi, sciroppi e gelatine per deliziare il vostro palato ed esaltare i vostri piatti. Visite al giardino in luglio e agosto il sabato mattina alle 10, su prenotazione. L'offerta sarà presto ampliata con liquori alcolici e gemmoterapia. E poiché non possiamo farlo da soli, mio marito produce anche miele.
