On this small family Domaine of 8 Ha, I work the soil and I only used organic compost. After hand-harvesting, the wines are aged and bottled in my own cellars after 18 months, with no filtering.

In meiner 8 ha kleinen Familiendomäne bearbeite ich die Böden und verwende nur biologischen Kompost dafür. Nach manueller Lese werden die Weine in meinen Kellereien ausgebaut und nach 18 Monaten ohne Filterung in Flaschen abgefüllt.
