Exploitation familiale prenant naissance vers la fin du 19 ème siècle, qui à ce jour s’étend sur une surface d’environ 9 hectares de vignes en pinot noir 100%, Philippe étant la 5ème génération. La méthode culturale reste très traditionnelle, c’est à dire pas de désherbage, labourage et piochage afin de permettre aux racines d’aller chercher le terroir. Pas d’utilisation d’engrais chimiques, nous pratiquons la lutte raisonnée au niveau phytosanitaire (pas d’insecticides ni acaricides)

A family business that started at the end of the 19th century, and which today covers an area of about 9 hectares of 100% Pinot Noir vines, Philippe being the 5th generation. The cultivation method remains very traditional, i.e. no weeding, ploughing and digging in order to allow the roots to reach the terroir. No use of chemical fertilizers, we practice the reasoned fight at the phytosanitary level (no insecticides nor acaricides)

Der Familienbetrieb entstand gegen Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts und umfasst heute eine Fläche von etwa 9 Hektar, auf der zu 100 % Pinot Noir angebaut wird, wobei Philippe die fünfte Generation ist. Die Anbaumethode bleibt sehr traditionell, d. h. keine Unkrautbekämpfung, Pflügen und Hacken. um den Wurzeln die Möglichkeit zu geben, das Terroir aufzusuchen. Es werden keine chemischen Düngemittel verwendet, wir praktizieren einen vernünftigen Pflanzenschutz (keine Insektizide oder Akarizide).

Een familiebedrijf dat begon aan het eind van de 19e eeuw, en dat vandaag de dag een oppervlakte van ongeveer 9 hectare beslaat met 100% Pinot Noir wijnstokken, waarvan Philippe de 5e generatie is. De teeltmethode blijft zeer traditioneel, d.w.z. geen wieden, ploegen en graven zodat de wortels het terroir kunnen bereiken. Wij gebruiken geen chemische meststoffen en passen een doordachte aanpak van de gewasbescherming toe (geen insecticiden of acariciden)

Una empresa familiar que comenzó a finales del siglo XIX, y que hoy en día cubre una superficie de aproximadamente 9 hectáreas de viñedos 100% Pinot Noir, siendo Philippe la 5ª generación. El método de cultivo sigue siendo muy tradicional, es decir, no se escarda, se ara y se excava para permitir que las raíces lleguen al terruño. No utilizamos abonos químicos, practicamos la lucha razonada a nivel fitosanitario (sin insecticidas ni acaricidas)

Un'azienda familiare iniziata alla fine del XIX secolo, che oggi si estende su una superficie di circa 9 ettari di vigneti 100% Pinot Nero, di cui Philippe rappresenta la quinta generazione. Il metodo di coltivazione rimane molto tradizionale, cioè senza diserbo, aratura e scavo per permettere alle radici di raggiungere il terroir. Nessun uso di fertilizzanti chimici, pratichiamo la lotta ragionata a livello fitosanitario (niente insetticidi né acaricidi)
