DOMAINE GREGORY WHITE – Aspiran

Depuis 2013, je cultive 4,80ha de vignes dans le respect du vivant tant à la vigne qu'à la cave. Les vignes sont situées à Aspiran, juste au sud de Clermont l'Hérault. Les vignes sont âgées de 25 à 80 ans et sont pour la plupart plantées en gobelet.

Since 2013 Gregory has been cultivating almost 9 acres of vineyard in the respect for human life, as much as in the vine as in the cellar. The vines aged between 25 to 80 years are situated in Aspiran and are for the most part planted in goblets. The encepagement is composed of traditional Languedoc grapes : grenache, syrah, carignan and cinsault for the reds : white grenache and terret-bourret for the whites. The grape harvest is done manually and the raisins are taken to the cellar in small crates. They are put into vats by hand after destemming. The raisins ferment naturally and slowly then they are matured in vats.

Seit 2013 baut Gregory auf 4,80ha Wein an und zwar mit Respekt vor der Umwelt – wie im Weinfeld, so auch im Weinkeller. Seine Weinfelder in Aspiran sind zwischen 25 und 80 Jahre alt und groβteils in Busch- bzw. Bockform gepflanzt (frz.: gobelet). Es handelt sich um traditionelle Rebsorten des Languedoc: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan bei den Rotweinen, Grenache Blanc und Terret-Bourret bei den Weiβweinen. Die Weinernte wird manuell durchgeführt und die Kelterei erfolgt auf traditionelle, natürliche Art.

Sinds 2013 verbouw ik 4,80 hectare wijnstokken met respect voor het milieu, zowel in de wijngaard als in de kelder. De wijngaarden bevinden zich in Aspiran, net ten zuiden van Clermont l'Hérault. De wijnstokken zijn tussen de 25 en 80 jaar oud en zijn grotendeels met gobelet beplant.

Desde 2013, cultivo 4,80 hectáreas de viñedo de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente, tanto en el viñedo como en la bodega. Las viñas están situadas en Aspiran, justo al sur de Clermont l'Hérault. Las vides tienen entre 25 y 80 años y están plantadas en su mayoría en vaso.
