DOMAINE DE SAINT CELS – Saint-Chinian

Inspirée à la fois, de la formation professionnelle d’Etienne, de la tradition du grand-père, et avec l'expérience le domaine souhaite sortir d'un sentier balisé par la mécanisation et l’utilisation de pesticides inquiétants, quitter cette orbite de « modernité » et redescendre sur notre terre, au sens propre. C'est tout naturellement que va germer l’idée de convertir le domaine Saint Cels à la viticulture biologique, en utilisant une façon innovante de cultiver nos sols avec de véritables « outils agroécologiques » que sont les couverts végétaux. Marie, l’épouse d’Etienne, a rejoint l’équipe et souhaite développer les ventes directes du domaine en exportant les vins de Saint-Cels au-delà de nos frontières ! Le domaine produit des vins rouge, blanc et rosé en AOP Saint-Chinian & IGP Pays d'Oc. Découvrez leur nouveau caveau de vente/dégustation qui a vu le jour au hameau de Castelbouze.

Inspired by both Etienne's professional training and his grandfather's tradition, and with experience, the domain wishes to leave a path marked out by mechanization and the use of worrying pesticides, to leave this orbit of "modernity" and to come back down to our land, literally. It is quite naturally that the idea of converting the Saint Cels domain to organic viticulture, using an innovative way of cultivating our soils with real "agroecological tools" that are the vegetal cover. Marie, Etienne's wife, has joined the team and wishes to develop direct sales of the domain by exporting the wines of Saint-Cels beyond our borders! The domain produces red, white and rosé wines in AOP Saint-Chinian & IGP Pays d'Oc. New in 2021: Discover their new cellar of sale/tasting which was born in the hamlet of Castelbouze.

Marie, Etiennes Frau, schloss sich dem Team an und möchte den Direktverkauf des Weinguts ausbauen, indem sie die Weine von Saint Cels über unsere Grenzen hinaus exportiert! Das Weingut produziert Rot-, Weiß- und Roséweine der AOP Saint-Chinian & IGP Pays d'Oc. Geïnspireerd door de beroepsopleiding van Etienne en de traditie van zijn grootvader, en met ervaring, wil het domein een weg verlaten die is uitgestippeld door mechanisatie en het gebruik van verontrustende pesticiden, om deze baan van "moderniteit" te verlaten en terug te keren naar ons land, in de ware zin van het woord. Heel natuurlijk ontstond het idee om het domein Saint Cels om te schakelen naar biologische wijnbouw, met een innovatieve manier om onze bodem te bewerken met echte "agro-ecologische instrumenten" zoals plantbedekking. Marie, de vrouw van Etienne, heeft zich bij het team gevoegd en wil de directe verkoop van het domein ontwikkelen door de Saint Cels-wijnen buiten onze grenzen te exporteren! De forma natural, nació la idea de convertir la finca de Saint Cels en viticultura ecológica, utilizando una forma innovadora de cultivar nuestros suelos con verdaderas "herramientas agroecológicas", como la cubierta vegetal. Marie, la esposa de Etienne, se ha unido al equipo y desea desarrollar la venta directa de la finca exportando los vinos de Saint Cels más allá de nuestras fronteras La finca produce vinos tintos, blancos y rosados en la AOP Saint-Chinian y la IGP Pays d'Oc. Nuevo para 2021: Descubra su nueva bodega de venta y degustación que ha abierto en la aldea de Castelbouze.

Ispirata dalla formazione professionale di Etienne e dalla tradizione di suo nonno, e con il beneficio dell'esperienza, l'azienda ha voluto uscire dalla strada tracciata dalla meccanizzazione e dall'uso di pesticidi preoccupanti, per uscire dall'orbita della "modernità" e tornare alla terra, nel vero senso della parola. Era naturale che nascesse l'idea di convertire la tenuta di Saint Cels alla viticoltura biologica, utilizzando un modo innovativo di coltivare i nostri terreni con veri e propri "strumenti agro-ecologici" come le colture di copertura vegetale. Marie, la moglie di Etienne, è entrata a far parte del team ed è intenzionata a sviluppare la vendita diretta della tenuta esportando i vini di Saint Cels oltre i nostri confini!
