Domaine Bernard Fleuriet & Fils – Menetou-Râtel

Depuis 1991, notre exploitation d'origine agricole a développé la vigne sur 20 ha de terrains pentus et en friche faisant partie de l'appellation Sancerre ainsi que 3 ha en Menetou-Salon. Plantées sur 35 parcelles, nos vignes sont présentes sur les trois grands terroirs Sancerrois et exclusivement sur des coteaux exposés sud, sud-est. Nos terrains, très représentatifs de la typicité et de la diversité du vignoble sont répartis à 10 % sur les Silex, à 50 % sur les Caillottes et à 40 % sur les terres blanches, ce qui autorise des assemblages d'une grande complexité et d'une élégante subtilité.

Since 1991, our farm of agricultural origin has developed the vine on 20 ha of sloping and fallow land belonging to the Sancerre appellation as well as 3 ha in Menetou-Salon. Planted on 35 plots, our vines are present on the three main Sancerre terroirs and exclusively on south and south-east facing slopes. Our plots of land, which are very representative of the typicity and diversity of the vineyard, are distributed as follows: 10% on the Silex, 50% on the Caillottes and 40% on the terres blanches, which allows for blends of great complexity and elegant subtlety.

Seit 1991 hat unser ursprünglich landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb auf 20 ha steilem und brachliegendem Gelände, das zur Appellation Sancerre gehört, sowie auf 3 ha in Menetou-Salon Weinreben angebaut. Unsere Weinberge sind in 35 Parzellen angelegt und befinden sich auf den drei großen Terroirs von Sancerre und ausschließlich auf Hängen mit Süd- und Südostausrichtung. Unsere Böden, die sehr repräsentativ für die Typizität und Vielfalt des Weinbergs sind, verteilen sich zu 10 % auf Silex, zu 50 % auf Caillottes und zu 40 % auf Terre Blanche, was Assemblagen von großer Komplexität und eleganter Subtilität ermöglicht.

Sinds 1991 ontwikkelt onze boerderij wijnstokken op 20 hectare hellend en braakliggend terrein in de appellation Sancerre en 3 hectare in Menetou-Salon. Onze wijnstokken zijn aangeplant op 35 percelen, op de drie belangrijkste terroirs van Sancerre en uitsluitend op zuidelijke en zuidoostelijke hellingen. Onze percelen, die zeer representatief zijn voor de typiciteit en diversiteit van de wijngaard, zijn verdeeld in 10% vuursteen, 50% Caillottes en 40% witte aarde, wat blends van grote complexiteit en elegante subtiliteit mogelijk maakt.

Desde 1991, nuestra explotación ha desarrollado viñedos en 20 hectáreas de terrenos en pendiente y en barbecho en la denominación de Sancerre y 3 hectáreas en Menetou-Salon. Plantadas en 35 parcelas, nuestras vides están presentes en los tres principales terroirs de Sancerre y exclusivamente en las laderas orientadas al sur y al sureste. Nuestras parcelas, muy representativas de la tipicidad y la diversidad del viñedo, se dividen en un 10% de sílex, un 50% de Caillottes y un 40% de tierra blanca, lo que permite realizar mezclas de gran complejidad y elegante sutileza.

Dal 1991, la nostra azienda ha sviluppato la vite su 20 ettari di terreni in pendenza e incolti nella denominazione Sancerre e su 3 ettari a Menetou-Salon. Piantate in 35 parcelle, le nostre viti sono presenti sui tre principali terroir di Sancerre ed esclusivamente su pendii esposti a sud e sud-est. Le nostre parcelle, molto rappresentative della tipicità e della diversità del vigneto, sono suddivise in 10% di pietra focaia, 50% di Caillottes e 40% di terra bianca, il che permette di ottenere assemblaggi di grande complessità ed elegante finezza.
