Frère et sœur, nous avons créé la distillerie de l’Òrt, le « jardin » en occitan, sur la ferme de nos grands-parents. Loïs est maître distillateur. Il s'est formé en Ecosse puis il a travaillé pendant quatre ans dans une des distilleries motrices du renouveau du gin artisanal en Angleterre. Nolwen a travaillé dans le monde de la recherche sur les thématiques de la transition écologique. La distillerie de l’Òrt fait le pari de créer des spiritueux gustativement audacieux et à faible impact environnemental. Ils sont distillés à partir de plantes aromatiques cultivées sur place en agriculture biologique. Particularité unique en France : notre alambic chauffe grâce à l'énergie solaire !

Brother and sister, we created the distillery de l'Òrt, the "garden" in Occitan, on our grandparents' old farm. The distillerie de l'Òrt takes up the challenge of creating spirits with a bold taste and low environmental impact. They are distilled from organically grown aromatic plants. A unique feature in France: our still is heated by solar energy! We welcome you all year round to discover our distilling expertise. You can taste our spirits (gins, pastis and vermouth) and visit our gardens. On-site purchases available. For group visits or special requests, please contact us! Bruder und Schwester, wir haben die Destillerie de l'Òrt, okzitanisch für "Garten", auf dem ehemaligen Bauernhof unserer Großeltern gegründet. Die Destillerie de l'Òrt hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, geschmacklich gewagte Spirituosen mit geringer Umweltbelastung zu kreieren. Sie werden aus aromatischen Pflanzen destilliert, die vor Ort in biologischem Anbau kultiviert werden. Eine Besonderheit, die in Frankreich einzigartig ist: Unsere Destillieranlage wird mit Solarenergie beheizt! Wir heißen Sie das ganze Jahr über willkommen, um das handwerkliche Know-how der Destillation zu entdecken. Sie können unsere Spirituosen (Gins, Pastis und Vermouth) probieren und unsere Gärten besichtigen. Einkäufe vor Ort sind möglich. Für Gruppenbesuche oder Sonderwünsche kontaktieren Sie uns bitte! Broer en zus, we hebben de distilleerderij de l'Òrt opgericht, de 'tuin' in het Occitaans, op de oude boerderij van onze grootouders. De l'Òrt distilleerderij heeft zichzelf de uitdaging gesteld om gedistilleerde dranken te creëren met een gedurfde smaak en een lage impact op het milieu. Ze worden gedistilleerd uit biologisch geteelde aromatische planten. Uniek in Frankrijk: onze distilleerketel wordt verwarmd door zonne-energie! We verwelkomen je het hele jaar door om onze traditionele distilleertechnieken te ontdekken. Je kunt onze sterke dranken proeven (gins, pastis en vermouth) en onze tuinen bezoeken. Aankopen ter plaatse mogelijk. Voor groepsbezoeken of speciale verzoeken, neem contact met ons op! Bezoek en ontvangst in de distilleerderij op weekdagen (maandag tot vrijdag) het hele jaar door en elke dag van mei tot september en tijdens schoolvakanties.

Una característica única en Francia: ¡nuestro alambique se calienta con energía solar! Le invitamos a descubrir nuestras técnicas tradicionales de destilación durante todo el año. Fratello e sorella, abbiamo creato la distilleria Òrt, che significa "giardino" in occitano, nella fattoria dei nostri nonni. Loïs è un mastro distillatore. Si è formato in Scozia e poi ha lavorato per quattro anni in una delle distillerie che stanno portando avanti la rinascita del gin artigianale in Inghilterra. Nolwen ha lavorato nella ricerca sui temi della transizione ecologica. La distilleria Òrt ha raccolto la sfida di creare distillati dal gusto deciso e a basso impatto ambientale. Sono distillati da piante aromatiche coltivate biologicamente. Una caratteristica unica in Francia: il nostro alambicco è riscaldato dall'energia solare!
