Aujourd'hui, la relève est assurée par Benjamin BENOIT, amoureux de la terre et du travail de cave. Après ses études de viticultures à Beaune et ses expériences en Bourgogne et Nouvelle-Zélande, il souhaite apporter sa touche au travail de ses pères. Les vins de terroir issus de ces parcelles très réputées ont été reconnues par décret en 1970, permettant d'ajouter le nom du village ; l'appellation Arbois contrôlée, première appellation de France en 1936. Riche de ces terres, le Jura offre une large palettes de saveurs et de couleurs, qui se décline à travers 5 cépages : Chardonnay, Savagnin, Ploussard, Trousseau et Pinot noir. Des nuances d'une telle diversité aromatique et gustative, que vous trouverez forcément un vin qui vous convient ! Afin de lutter contre l'érosion des coteaux, le sol est travaillé avec du petit matériel, léger et sur chenilles ce qui permet de préserver un milieu vivant, gage d'un vin exprimant au mieux les terroirs. Toute la chaîne de fabrication est maîtrisée : Vendanges à la main, Agriculture raisonnée, Production limitée.

With its rich soil, the Jura offers a wide range of flavours and colours, expressed in 5 grape varieties: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Ploussard, Trousseau and Pinot noir. To combat the erosion of the hillsides, the soil is worked using small, light equipment on caterpillar tracks, which helps to preserve a living environment, guaranteeing a wine that expresses the terroirs to the full.
