Brasserie Galibot – Forbach

Micro-brasserie artisanale installée sur les anciennes terres de l’industrie minière du Nord-Est de la France, à Forbach, elle est spécialisée dans les bières de fermentation basse. Les bières Galibot sont authentiques, fraîches comme l’ombrage de nos forêts, riches comme l’est notre sol, et, voisinage oblige, dotées d’un soupçon de caractère allemand. Galibot est le nom qui était donné aux jeunes hommes employés aux travaux souterrains dans les mines de charbon. La brasserie en porte son savoir-faire et ses valeurs : l’attachement à ses terres et au travail bien fait.

A microbrewery located in the former mining industry of northeastern France, in Forbach, it specializes in bottom-fermented beers. Galibot beers are authentic, as fresh as the shade of our forests, as rich as our soil, and, as a neighbor, with a touch of German character. Galibot is the name that was given to the young men employed in underground work in the coal mines. The brewery carries its know-how and its values: the attachment to its land and to work well done.

Die handwerkliche Mikrobrauerei, die sich auf dem ehemaligen Bergbaugelände im Nordosten Frankreichs, in Forbach, niedergelassen hat, ist auf untergärige Biere spezialisiert. Die Galibot-Biere sind authentisch, frisch wie der Schatten unserer Wälder, reichhaltig wie unser Boden und – Nachbarschaft verpflichtet – mit einem Hauch von deutschem Charakter ausgestattet. Galibot war der Name, der den jungen Männern gegeben wurde, die in den Kohlebergwerken unter Tage arbeiteten. Die Brauerei trägt ihr Know-how und ihre Werte in sich: die Verbundenheit mit ihrem Land und der gut gemachten Arbeit.

Een microbrouwerij in de voormalige mijnindustrie van Noordoost-Frankrijk, in Forbach, gespecialiseerd in ondergistende bieren. De bieren van Galibot zijn authentiek, zo fris als de schaduw van onze bossen, zo rijk als onze bodem en, als buurman, met een vleugje Duits karakter. Galibot was de naam voor jonge mannen die ondergronds werkten in de kolenmijnen. De brouwerij draagt haar knowhow en haar waarden in zich: de gehechtheid aan haar land en aan goed uitgevoerd werk.

La microcervecería Galibot está situada en la antigua industria minera del noreste de Francia, en Forbach, y está especializada en cervezas de fondo. Las cervezas Galibot son auténticas, tan frescas como la sombra de nuestros bosques, tan ricas como nuestra tierra y, por ser vecina, con un toque de carácter alemán. Galibot era el nombre que recibían los jóvenes que trabajaban bajo tierra en las minas de carbón. La cervecería lleva su saber hacer y sus valores: el apego a su tierra y al trabajo bien hecho.

Il microbirrificio Galibot si trova nell'ex industria mineraria del Nord-Est della Francia, a Forbach, ed è specializzato in birre a bassa fermentazione. Le birre Galibot sono autentiche, fresche come l'ombra delle nostre foreste, ricche come la nostra terra e, grazie alla vicinanza, con un tocco di carattere tedesco. Galibot era il nome dato ai giovani che lavoravano sottoterra nelle miniere di carbone. Il birrificio porta con sé il suo know-how e i suoi valori: l'attaccamento alla propria terra e al lavoro ben fatto.
