Bienvenue sur notre exploitation familiale céréalière produisant exclusivement en Agriculture Biologique depuis 2018. Nos 196 Ha entre bois, ruisseau et coteaux nous permettent de mettre en oeuvre une grande diversité de cultures dans les conditions optimales. Notre cœur de métier est la production de céréales et plus particulièrement de blé tendre et féverole, d'orge et pois, de lentilles et pois-chiches, de tournesol et soja. Parce que nous souhaitions valoriser notre métier, nous avons décidé de construire le Moulin Cante Caille en mars 2022 et de compléter nos installations avec une unité de stockage basée sous un nouvel hangar équipé de panneaux photovoltaïques. Sous ce hangar, la manutention est entièrement automatisée : une fosse, un pont bascule, 10 silos à grain et un atelier bluterie pour la farine assurent un traitement optimisé des céréales fraîchement récoltées. Notre moulin à meule de pierre est en Granit du Sidobre. De type Astrié, ce moulin est particulièrement apprécié des boulangers : les strilles sculptées dans la meule ne broient pas le grain mais le déroulent jusqu’au germe de façon à en préserver les nutriments et vitamines. Welcome to our family cereal farm producing exclusively in Organic Agriculture since 2018. Our 196 hectares between woods, streams and hillsides enable us to grow a wide variety of crops in optimal conditions. Our core business is cereal production, particularly soft wheat and faba beans, barley and peas, lentils and chickpeas, sunflowers and soya. Because we wanted to add value to our business, we decided to build the Moulin Cante Caille in March 2022 and to complete our facilities with a storage unit based under a new shed equipped with photovoltaic panels. Under this shed, handling is fully automated: a pit, a weighbridge, 10 grain silos and a sifting workshop for flour ensure optimized processing of freshly harvested cereals. Our stone mill is made of Granit du Sidobre. This Astrié-type mill is particularly appreciated by bakers: the strillas carved into the millstone do not grind the grain, but unwind it right down to the germ, preserving its nutrients and vitamins. Willkommen auf unserem Familienbetrieb, der Getreide anbaut und seit 2018 ausschließlich in der biologischen Landwirtschaft produziert. Auf unseren 196 ha zwischen Wäldern, Bächen und Hängen können wir unter optimalen Bedingungen eine große Vielfalt an Kulturen anbauen. Unser Kerngeschäft ist der Anbau von Getreide, insbesondere von Weichweizen und Ackerbohnen, Gerste und Erbsen, Linsen und Kichererbsen, Sonnenblumen und Soja. Da wir unseren Beruf aufwerten wollten, beschlossen wir, im März 2022 die Moulin Cante Caille zu bauen und unsere Anlagen mit einer Lagereinheit zu ergänzen, die unter einem neuen Hangar mit Photovoltaikpaneelen angesiedelt ist. Unter diesem Hangar ist die Handhabung vollständig automatisiert: Eine Grube, eine Brückenwaage, 10 Getreidesilos und eine Bluterei für Mehl sorgen für eine optimierte Verarbeitung des frisch geernteten Getreides. Unsere Steinmühle besteht aus Sidobre-Granit. Diese Mühle des Typs Astrié ist bei Bäckern besonders beliebt: Die in den Mühlstein eingearbeiteten Rillen zermahlen das Getreide nicht, sondern rollen es bis zum Keimling aus, sodass die Nährstoffe und Vitamine erhalten bleiben. Welkom op onze familiegraanboerderij, die sinds 2018 uitsluitend biologisch produceert. Onze 196 hectare bos, beek en hellingen stellen ons in staat om een grote verscheidenheid aan gewassen te verbouwen onder optimale omstandigheden. Onze core business is de productie van granen, met name zachte tarwe en tuinbonen, gerst en erwten, linzen en kikkererwten, zonnebloemen en soja. Omdat we waarde aan onze activiteiten wilden toevoegen, besloten we in maart 2022 de Moulin Cante Caille te bouwen en onze faciliteiten aan te vullen met een opslagunit onder een nieuwe loods die is uitgerust met fotovoltaïsche panelen. Onder deze loods is de verwerking volledig geautomatiseerd: een put, een weegbrug, 10 graansilo's en een zeefwerkplaats voor meel zorgen voor een optimale verwerking van het vers geoogste graan. Onze stenen molen is gemaakt van Granit du Sidobre. Deze molen van het Astrié-type is bijzonder populair bij bakkers: de strillas die in de molensteen zijn uitgehouwen malen het graan niet, maar winden het af tot in de kiem, waardoor de voedingsstoffen en vitaminen behouden blijven. Bienvenido a nuestra explotación familiar de cereales, que produce exclusivamente de forma ecológica desde 2018. Nuestras 196 hectáreas de bosques, arroyos y laderas nos permiten cultivar una gran variedad de productos en condiciones óptimas. Nuestra actividad principal es la producción de cereales, en particular trigo blando y habas, cebada y guisantes, lentejas y garbanzos, girasol y soja. Como queríamos añadir valor a nuestra actividad, decidimos construir el Moulin Cante Caille en marzo de 2022 y completar nuestras instalaciones con una unidad de almacenamiento situada bajo un nuevo cobertizo equipado con paneles fotovoltaicos. Bajo este cobertizo, la manipulación está totalmente automatizada: un foso, una báscula puente, 10 silos de grano y un taller de cernido para harina garantizan un tratamiento optimizado de los cereales recién cosechados. Nuestro molino de piedra es de Granit du Sidobre. Este molino de tipo Astrié es especialmente apreciado por los panaderos: los estratos tallados en la piedra de molino no muelen el grano, sino que lo desmenuzan hasta el germen, preservando sus nutrientes y vitaminas. Benvenuti nella nostra azienda cerealicola familiare, che dal 2018 produce esclusivamente con metodo biologico. I nostri 196 ettari di boschi, torrenti e colline ci permettono di coltivare un'ampia varietà di colture in condizioni ottimali. Il nostro core business è la produzione di cereali, in particolare grano tenero e fave, orzo e piselli, lenticchie e ceci, girasoli e soia. Poiché volevamo aggiungere valore alla nostra attività, abbiamo deciso di costruire il Moulin Cante Caille nel marzo 2022 e di completare le nostre strutture con un'unità di stoccaggio basata su un nuovo capannone dotato di pannelli fotovoltaici. Sotto questo capannone, la movimentazione è completamente automatizzata: una fossa, una pesa, 10 silos per i cereali e un laboratorio di vagliatura per la farina garantiscono una lavorazione ottimale dei cereali appena raccolti. Il nostro mulino a pietra è realizzato in Granit du Sidobre. Questo mulino di tipo Astrié è particolarmente apprezzato dai panettieri: gli strati scavati nella macina non macinano il grano ma lo srotolano fino al germe, preservandone le sostanze nutritive e le vitamine.
