Les Confitures de Nicole – Châtenois

Afin de vous faire découvrir la gastronomie alsacienne, nous avons sélectionné en plus de nos confitures, une multitude de produits gourmands : miels de Châtenois, vins d’Alsace et bières artisanales d’Alsace, terrines et foies gras de Strasbourg, fruits à la liqueur et sirops artisanaux, chocolats et bonbons, pains d’épices alsaciens, moutardes et raiforts d’Alsace…. Mais aussi une large gamme de poteries traditionnelles alsacienne : de Soufflenheim pour cuisiner Baeckeofe et Kougelhopf et de Betschdorf pour servir le vin d’Alsace.

To help you discover Alsatian gastronomy, we have selected a multitude of gourmet products in addition to our jams: honey from Châtenois, Alsatian wines and craft beers, terrines and foies gras from Strasbourg, fruit liqueurs and craft syrups, chocolates and sweets, Alsatian gingerbread, mustards and horseradish from Alsace…. But also a wide range of traditional Alsatian pottery: from Soufflenheim to cook Baeckeofe and Kougelhopf, and from Betschdorf to serve Alsatian wine.

Um Ihnen die elsässische Gastronomie näher zu bringen, haben wir zusätzlich zu unseren Konfitüren eine Vielzahl von Feinschmeckerprodukten ausgewählt: Honig aus Châtenois, elsässische Weine und handwerklich hergestellte Biere aus dem Elsass, Terrinen und Gänseleberpasteten aus Straßburg, Früchte in Likör und handwerklich hergestellte Sirupe, Schokolade und Bonbons, elsässische Lebkuchen, Senf und Meerrettich aus dem Elsass…. Aber auch eine große Auswahl an traditionellen elsässischen Töpferwaren: aus Soufflenheim, um Baeckeofe und Kougelhopf zuzubereiten, und aus Betschdorf, um den elsässischen Wein zu servieren.

Om je te helpen de Elzasser gastronomie te ontdekken, hebben we naast onze jam ook een groot aantal andere gastronomische producten geselecteerd: honing uit Châtenois, Elzasser wijnen en ambachtelijke bieren, terrines en foies gras uit Straatsburg, fruitlikeuren en ambachtelijke siropen, chocolade en snoepjes, Elzasser ontbijtkoek, mosterd en mierikswortel uit de Elzas…. Je vindt er ook een breed assortiment traditioneel Elzasser aardewerk: uit Soufflenheim voor Baeckeofe en Kougelhopf, en uit Betschdorf voor het serveren van Elzasser wijn.
